Military modul some ideas

Remember V2, well this is a little complicated like V2 was.
Every single region has his own resource. Just a single one. Exploitation depends by country policy and military succes.
If you don't have resource you need, you have to buy it or conquer it.
Weapons production is based on resources you have.
More further, you can't fight without any weapons. So if you want to fight, you have to buy warplane and missiles of it.
Durability system of warplanes is like durability of houses we have.
At the end Intercontinental balistic missile. You can afford it only by card or all resources together, with limited launching.

Some interesting ideas, although I don't believe Plato will even consider implementing them.
