May Congress, Day 902

Been pretty quiet in congress, actually. Mostly the standard money transfers. Nothing controversial, so nothing much to report.

As with so many congress initiatives, the CRB reform seems to have stalled again.
I'm as guilty as anyone...it is a ton of work to do well, and my eSAAF and dMoD duties are taking all my eRep time.

I hope Brinn10 can get it on track soon. It is worth doing.
