Mansbridge09 for EPIC PP
On December 15th, YOU will have the choice of who you want to be your PP. Over the brief existence of our party, many eCanadians have taken control of EPIC and have been great leaders. I have already been Party President of EPIC once and am looking to make it twice!
Qualifications
3-Time Congressman in Nunavut (Thanks Sperry for getting me involved with politics)
Member of eRepublik for a year. (Should I be proud of that...?)
Active, committed, and eager to learn.
Friendly, approachable, and always happy to help.
As you can see, I believe I'm ready to move up to the next level of politics, and run for EPIC PP.
What do I plan to do?
Like I said in my last Party President platform, we have been having steady success lately, therefore I will not be making any major changes, however, I still have a few minor things I want to change.
One of the minor tweaks I plan on implementing will make sure that everyone who wants to get inolved can. Unfortunately, I was unable to get very far with that idea during my term as PP, that being said, I have a lot more free time this month and I will be sure to honour my promise! In the last couple of months, some players we're having trouble with writing platforms for congress, and they were not exactly sure what congress meant. I want to help the next generation of congressmen learn the basics of being in congress, and how to write an exceptional platform. We already have a group of, young and old, experienced eCanadiens in EPIC, so all we need now is for the newer players to step up, get involved with politics, and just simply ask questions. This will ensure that EPIC will always have a huge group of experienced eCanadians.
Like before, I will give EVERY member of EPIC a chance to have their voice heard, participate, and run for congress. Every single eCanadian deserves to have those rights. Without Sperry getting me involved with politics, I would still be a "2-clicker", and would certainly not be involved with the CAF, politics, and what I'm trying to do right now; which is trying to win over your votes and become your new EPIC PP.
Sperry got me involved, and now I'd like to get you involved too. If I am elected as EPIC PP, I will NOT turn down anyone who wants to be involved with EPIC, or run for congress. Like I said before, everyone in EPIC is EQUAL; no matter what position they hold.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I haven't been very active over the last couple of months, but like I said, I have some more free time on my hands and want to get as much involved as I can with politics before I go back to "2-clicking". If I am elected as your EPIC PP, I will do my best to fulfill any suggestions you have. I will not turn you down because of your experience level, whether you're fluent in English or French, or because of your lack of qualifications. I'm a very approachable person, and I WANT to hear your thoughts on how the party is being run.
