Let's analyze NAP?

Yesterday I wrote a article. I was mad ,but not to,a s many may say, our CP- more to all confusion about it. In this article I will analyze al potencial problems. I hope that someone from Taiwan could help not only me but also other Japanese to understand this NAP better.



1. RoC release Shikoku to Japan during the term of the agreement, remain region remain controled by RoC

question-Is there a possibility that we (Japan and Taiwan) in future make some chainges about this part of NAP if Japan dont destroy NAP conditions . (maybe Kanto also ) ?



2. Any RW in region related to RoC resource bonus success, Japan has the responsibility to propose NE toward RoC to let RoC regain control in next 48 hour unless RoC government give the exact information that Japan can postpone the proposal.

question-Is Japanese goverment free to activate RW in region that dont harm bonus resources at any time (Kanto for exemple) for TP medal or not ?



3. RoC won’t provide any help on protecting Japan’s territory

question What if some Aurora or Sirius country tries to attack Japan's Shikoku. Will you help Japan in that situation or not ?

question 2 Can we see some Japans and Taiwans action against USA in future?

question 3 Can we hope for Taiwanese help if Japan do a AS?



4. Japan is not allowed to have any alliance membership

question When we have this NAP-Japan was a member of JaSKo. Can we stay in JaSKo and do you have any objection about it.



5. Signing MPP with countries that are a member of Asteria, Aurora, Sirius or countries that have MPP with RoC is prohibited.

*This part of NAP were considered as Taiwans attempt to block any diplomatic action of Japan. Later Taiwans MoFA said that we can have MPP with some LETO coutries and Asgard.
question 1 What about alliances like SinPhilis Tripod ?

quetion 2 There is also a dangerous but potencial problem in NAP. In this NAP part no 5 Taiwan didnt say anything about Pacifica. If you look carefuly some can say that RoC allowed Japan to have a MPP with USA. What have you to say about this?




6. Any agreement Japan government reach with other country, Japan government should inform RoC government the detail of the agreement in 24 hours prior to announcement.

question Does this aplly to all countries or only for countries that are not members of LETO/Asteria?



7. Any NE law without fully discussion with RoC is prohibited.

question Does this NE law includes all countries or we can have NE law on Taiwans enemy without asking it first.



8. Japan shouldn’t provide any kind of assistance to countries that RoC consider it as RoC’s enemy

question Can Japan provide any kind of assistance to coutries that RoC considers friendly (Canada or France maybe in their war against USA )
