I dug up an old article from 2011, i adapted it make it relevant again. I'm such a nerd for making Dune eRep fan fiction haha.

There was once a great war. This war was the fifth of it's type only this perticular war had been drawn out longer than anyone expected. What was happening was a Power struggle between the Houses.There is House Asteria, the so called truthful peace. Their actions against the Houses have been marginal at until late where they seem to be turning the tides of the war.There is House Sirius, which is rumoured tp have imperial support from Emperor Plato himself and the Spacing Guild. House Sirius are believed to use mercenaries, and fight with a "brutal" pashion. Barron Poland rules over this House with an IronFist. The Houses fight over the Planet Europe, and the surrounding planets South America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. The struggle was becoming more and more desperate as Arrakis was being divided between the factions. Emperor Plato played his power on many aspects of the game. House Asteria appears to have the upper hand and continues to bully weak House Sirius Members. Where House Sirius has been successful in the far eastern parts of Arrakis. There is hope though a new group, the men of the ice they call them. the cannucks. They come from the northern part of Arrakis. The harsh wasteland sparse with anything but mapple syrup, hockey and beavers.
What is the fate of Arrakis! Only time will tell what side will prevail. The Spice must coninue to flow. The more spice you buy the more House Corrino and Emperor plato himself profit from your troubles....
