Key issues for my CP term

The Upcoming Baby Boom.
How many problems will Ireland have if we have a successful baby boom. Not many. Dictatorship not necessary, perma wipes less likely. More activity - more likely.
The question is , is Ireland ready for an influx of players?
ATM with the current bashing of the ILP this is how we would look to new players.
But most importantly:
Surely this is not what they would expect . Maybe this will be their first online game. Perma in fighting in congress. Constant bashing of the ILP by their opponents.
Old issues rehashed and rehashed. Its time we thought about this seriously. So to curb this I will address some issues
Party Bashing
Will not be allowed. From which ever side.
CONGRESS
A split house
Our energies is not focused Most of our energy in congress is wasted fighting with each other. Appointing moderators dont help because they already have a vested interest or bias.
Therefore the house will be split. Debate will be allowed as normal.
But in my system mud slung wont reach its target.
Accepted communications will still be communicated to all.
Objective moderators approved by the thread will ensure that all comments keeps focused and complies with a few requirements. :
1. No personal attacks. Even if the balance of what you say is OK your comment will not be passed to the opposition.
2. Bar friendly banter all topics discussed must be relevant. What you or your party did in the past is simply not relevant to any proposal or decision.
3. Yesteryear musing wont be allowed - what a person did in the past may be relevant to his citizen application but definitely is not relevant to increasing or decreasing a tax or deciding what alliance we will join. I dont care what you accomplished in the past its what you are doing for the country today. The present will be the only allowed timeframe in all discussions.
4. Lenghty discussions - all proposals and decisions must be discussed in the most effective manner possible. You will be given 1 opportunity to address the house and after every person has spoken you will be given 1 opportunity to counter anything that was said. All congress members will be obliged to give their opinion. Your fulfilling a job. The people that voted you in. Did not vote you in to sit there and say nothing but O7 your whole term.
Its this O7 parasite that we must wipe out of Ireland. i want to see people expressing their viewpoints. Krakken etc cannot be the only voice of Ireland. Tell us what you think.
Why are the executive crossing over to the legislative simply because congress is a mess. How anyone can condone the c* word is beyond me. Or place porn or do whatever your doing there.
Perhaps by imposing rules you will become more effective and channel all of our energy in one way.
Activity
Due to the above yesteryear musings , personal attacks and the like Ireland has become a stale bread. I want to see the Labour Party more active when their not in power and all other parties. Inactivity is the dead of your group in any online game.
Therefore all parties will be involved. And that means
Top 5 and reasonable parties below will each receive 1 org to build up. Each org will be funded 10000 IEP and after month party with most progress will receive 1000 Q7 Weps from krakkens personal vaults.
How they fund it will be left to their own devices.
Similarly but quite different Top 5 Mu's will receive a 10000 iep org to help them in their daily business or to build up government funds if they see no other use for it. We cannot leave our brothers in arms die off to fund only 1 MU.
This is not as risky move as you think. All orgs now have a pin and without pin one cannot change passwords or login email.
So the CP have access until the end of his term as well as the MOF.
This is to keep everyone going. To expand the game for everyone.
We have 30 orgs. 10 to 15 ou of the control of the MOF wont be a real risk and may make his work very much easier.
A short tutorial will be given to each MU, party about how to use the org by our current MOF Don Croata.
Cabinet
Following parties have inactivity problems so each will be given a Minister spot: Labour Party, Left Hand.
Don Croata will be left in MOF spot. He is committed to transparency and will cooperate with all deputies.
Next on the list will be Irish Freedom Party who will be given a spot to person they select.
ILP will be given a more involved Minister spot to the person they appoint.
My own MU will be given a spot or a few deputy spots. These are our best men and I trust them in any political position . If they so desire.
Rest of parties we will fill the deputy spots.
CHANNEL YOUR ENERGY IRELAND IN ONE DIRECTION.
Diplomatic relations
Ireland will remain committed to our current relations with other countries.
Ireland have no real enemies. So whatever we have done in the past it have worked out for us.
mentors
I said we would force people to speak. Anthony Colby and others will help new and silent players to formulate viewpoints etc. I envision a babysteps thread where all these players will be guided into more vocal participants.
AC has a lot of congress medals under his belt so I'm certain he would be willing to assist other players to improve democracy.
The Dictator issue
I am certain Plato brought this in to increase activity. Democracy can be a boring system if the ailments as above continues. By increasing activity we get to the game we all are supposed to be playing. If we force people to say something besides O7 in a receptive environment democracy can be fun.
We should not be afraid of a dictator. Money can be moved out of orgs and interim arrangements can be made to protect our factory owners.
Foreign MU's can be contacted to fill our MU's and remove the dictator before any harm is done.
In tribal wars I often asked admins how I can safe my villages. Their universal response was to make my villages as unattractive as possible reward for their hostile actions. Hiding resources and boycotting and activity will flatline the country. One can only play so long with an empty box before it becomes boring.
We can also attack him in our articles and shame him into leaving.
Unity
With this all said I hope to accomplish a unity of individuals and not of sheep as we are currently see'ing. Any team in sport will tell you a lot of strong individuals is better than a lot of followers and 1 or 2 strong players.
Unity in democrasy is easy everyone expresses their viewpoints and afterwards we all decide on the viewpoint we are going to follow.
SUMMARY
Under Krakken Ireland will focus its energy on the key issues. It will focus on the present but keep on promoting the principles of Irish heritage. Our country will be a little nursery where we foster and bring up and keep our babies working for us for the next couple of years.
IRELAND ONE IRELAND STRONG!

Good to write a serious article, let me questions commence however.
What work have you carried out for the nation beforehand?
Do you think you deserve the people's trust following the incident you were involved in when Daniel Plainview was CP and went rogue.
You question how anybody can condone the c* word, does this extend to the replacement of the c with a k?
Are you aware of the losses we could face due to the handing out of 15 orgs?
Do you not think it is unfair that each MU gets one org. Look at size comparison - the IA is a MU containing what I'm estimating to be 75% of our citizens and does about 80% of our damage. They also follow State orders. Why should smaller MUs who follow their own orders be given the same treatment?
You have also accused Don Croata before of stealing money etc (no evidence provided). Yet you plan on keeping him as MoF, does this mean you now trust him or that you acknowledge your previous allegations were false.

because everyone is irish one has a team one set goals for them one speak to them if they achieve or underachieve. dont know what you mean by they deserve special treatment? .my team is ireland i. of course normal supply lines would still be open to irish army and others also if i receive such a request.
the submission that all armies must do the same actions is invalid. of course when we have irish battle they will fight for ireland for the rest of the time even the irish army can follow their own prerogative.
i cannot remember where i accused don croata of stealing do you perhaps have any screenshots to back it up.

I possibly disagree in relation to your comments on team sports in the Unity section. This all depends on your definition of "strong individuals" and "followers" though.

thx for proving my point as new member of ireland what good would it do to drag 100 years of history before your eyes. lets stick with the present 🙂 tbh it gets massively boring to tell and to be told the same stories over and over and over.
