Justice for Japan! [The Case of: Fabyzol V. The People of Japan]

Day 2,438, 14:07 Published in Japan Japan by Aryzn

(Japanese Supreme Court)

Let’s have a Trial! (....But don’t worry Mr. Fabyzol, it will be just for fun!...Well maybe…)

(Smoking is bad, don’t smoke!)

こんにちは!
Salutations, Honorable Citizens of our Imperial Islands, you’re being called in for Jury Duty!

Ladies and gentlemen of the Jury, today I intend to prove to you that:

1. Our President has ties with foreign political influences.
2. Mr. Fabyzol is guilty of committing crimes against Japanese culture.
3. Demonstrate the cultural invasion brought by Europeans.

Oh, and in response to Geezus.

People of the Jury, the evidence I will present you today will tie the defendant, Mr. Fabyzol, directly to the Hungarian political system. Thus countering Geezus’s claim.

Now let the prosecution present its case!

Exhibit 1:
A Japanese Organization captured by the Hungarian government running Japan. The name translates into “Hungary Voice”. The org’s avatar is a picture of the Hungarian flag.

This is a major misuse of Japanese assets by the government, Japanese assets serve JAPAN not Hungary. If Hungary wants a voice they can make their own newspaper, not take control over a Japanese org. The Hungarian government takes what belongs to eJapan and gives it to eHungary, this is fundamental imperialism. The invading country (Hungary) takes assets of the invaded country (eJapan) and uses them for the benefit of the motherland (Hungary).

Exhibit 2:
The Presidents Japanese published newspaper, written in Hungarian with no Japanese or English translations. The newspaper is orientated toward Hungarian readers in Hungary.

As president of Japan, one should publish articles to the Japanese. Mr. Fabyzol runs a newspaper, decorated in Hungarian colors, and entirely in Hungarian. Furthermore, he admits the target audience are foreigners.

Why should our president publish, in eJapan, a foreign newspaper directed at foreigners? There is no respect for the fact he is publishing in Japan nor for the fact he is not Hungarian anymore. Mr. Fabyzol hardly ever addresses the people of Japan, and has never made an effort to conceal his involvement with Magyar nor answer questions raised by several different eJapanese publications!

Exhibit 3:
The President’s player profile. The image depicts a Hungarian pride “Magyar Legio” or “Hungarian Air” political party avatar with a fist grasping the Hungarian flag. Additionally the picture shows Mr. Fabyzol is a member of Magyar Legio, which is a MU that serves a political party (of the same name) in Hungary.

By this, the President himself demonstrates:
1. He has no interest in promoting Japanese culture (which is a priority for a Japanese President)
2. Is a Hungarian PTO-er from the party Magya Legio. Mr. Fabyzol’s avatar is an altered version of the official Magyar Legio banner.

The connection between the president and this foreign political party is undeniable.

The Magyar Legio political party, ranked #5 in Hungary. Take note this party is affiliated with both Fabyzol and his MU.

Conclusion!

PTO = Political Take Over

eRepublik Definition:

“Political Takeover (coup) - When a highly organized group from a densely populated Country moves into a separate country and gains political power of said country by out numbering other citizens in an election. (Normally the General Election) – eRep Wiki”

This is an open and shut case! Mr. Fabyzol is guilty as the government!
I ask the jury to deliberate!

The prosecution rests its case.

Peace, Love, and Understanding!
