What is that round spinning thing in the vid?

Hi kids!

I'm in a good mood. The music needs a little help with the bass, so if you can turn it up. Speaking of turning it "UP", please do so at 1:06 for the air guitar effect. Songs like this cause me to remember my misspent youth. I would sit for hours on the floor going through my records to record one 90 minute tape. In the 70's I was known far and wide for two things. I could make yer CB 'talk' by changing the final transistor set and my mix tapes. Oddly enough I was not popular otherwise as the term "geek" meant something completely different then.

Most Expensive Single Click

To start a war in eRep the Natural Enemy proposal is made, there is a 24 hour voting period, and if successful (66% agree), there will be a war starting sometime during the next 24 hour. It costs nothing to NE your neighbor.

However, if your CP doesn't pay attention to what he is doing, it is possible to make a Declare War proposal. There is the 24 hour voting period with only a simple majority (50% agree) to pass. When the law proposal is accepted the game takes 200 gold + 10% x the current population (level 5 and above).

Guess which one I picked?

As promised, the Treasury of Canada did not suffer due to my being an idiot. I refuse to play that way. I'm not perfect, nor am I holier than thou, just wanted to do the right thing.

*This guy is a member of the Cannon Cockers MU from the US. Pickle's and Cockers had a tournament between the 2 MU's way back when. A good time was had by all and some friendship still remains between the MU's. Thanks c4. o7

**Late addition, sorry I forgot you buddy. 🙂

Thank You!

I do wish to thank those members of Congress that stood with me and said "Ya know, we should have noticed that this wasn't a free NE and voted NO.". I did not ask but they gave anyhow.
