The Incredible Hulk is standing by ready to break down the door that has long been sealed for not letting congress people in that would like access to floors of the chamber to let them be more involved even if they don't care to use an IRC channel. To our lovely dictatorship government let them in because you are making the nation far weaker by at least not accepting these types of congress people and myself through those doors. You can have your dictatorship but at least loosen the restrictions to allow improved participation for congress people that would like to be involved and be allowed to vote on legislation proposed by any congress person from any party they put forward on the floor.
Take this is a sign of protest to please allow fair access to the halls of congress.

there is literally nothing stopping you from getting into congress other than your own party president and/or the leadership of your party.

granted i was delayed with holiday travel but he had access to congressional boards at the time this article was published so i'm unsure if that's what he meant or if there's something more?

First I've heard that. I gave them my irc nick but I'm not going to discuss or debate on irc. I want a permanent record of what is said.
irc use is not required for Congress. i asked for user nicks at sign in for general purposes. it is very occasionally useful in case of "emergency" or expedited votes.
Usually Parties would have taught or suggested irc but if you need help getting started, let someone know. I'd be happy to help and I'm sure others would too.
