8% is waaayy to much already. That would equal insane 5.76cc atm, making Q1-Q3 Food and Q3 WRM useless.
4% Should be a fair deal, a bit more than 3cc and should attract a lot of people in the long therm.
Maybe it could partially compensate the damage the 10-18% Work Tax caused to eUSA.

well a 5% wam tax should be an automatic/right now thing considering current changes but i was out of the game for the last 10 months so got no idea what economic/political situation eUSA is in so just saying.

this Congressman will always argue for a Tax rate that covers our Budget plus a very little more toward the Reserve.
the days of Max Taxes to build the Reserve are past. all that ever did was screw the non-commune independent manufacturers and workers.
right now, the 2% Tax covers the Budget with small change left over. I see nothing but more Income from attracting more business, so I do not see reason for higher taxes.

I can say what's step 5: put a name to your Holding Company and assign your companies, or at least some of your companies, to that Holding Company. Then work as manager as usual.

Atention, carefull of naming the holding becouse you cant rename.

What happened to me, i made one holding i named House in Washington and assigned in it all my house company's (there i use work tickets so i was thinking well no distance limit i can use them from any were in the world)

After i made a second holding in Idaho (10k+ cc down the drain ftw to make a second holding) (5% weapon bonus -hoping nobody fallows me there haha) and named it Weapons.....guess what W comes after H so now i have to manually scroll and chose holding before pressing assign button or else my weapon company's end up in the house holding. That is for hundreds of company's.....NOT FUN.

Once i am done theoretically i can sit in Idaho and just click work and wam in weapons company and work ticket in the house ones.

If you go to the Job Market page you will see the Holding names and the currency they use aka the citizenship of the owner.

Thinking about pollution i chose Idaho for weapons company's on the idea maybe not many will come in a 5% bonus region when they have the option of a 18% one. But if the pollution calculation is hard things might be worse, who knows maybe all regions with weapon bonuses will end up being crowded and maxed on pollution = in the 18% bonus a 25% pollution= a minus 7% bonus wile in a 5% region = a minus 20% bonus and wile in a region with 0% weapon bonus 0% pollution or maybe low under 7% ....

So i might have made a mistake in my Idaho choise (dont come here pls😛)

In fact the choice is between losing 7% productivity for sure by using a region with max bonuses or putting the Hco in a region without bonuses and hoping that not a lot of people follow u. In that case you may be losing less than 7% but your downside risk could be as much as 25% !
