Übrigens: Deutschland hat ein vom Gesetzgeber gewolltes duales Rundfunksystem, das heißt neben dem gebührenfinanzierten öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunk existieren zahlreiche private Rundfunkanbieter, deren Programme meist werbefinanziert sind.
