Lanzarote's house looks something like this:

Karos stood in front of the bathroom and said, at the same time, held up the girl by her leg when she continue to cry.
-You have three seconds get out or she will die.
They stopped hugging each other, Lanzarote wanted to go out but her mother, as a sign to not do it, caught her hand. Three seconds passed, and the man said without any emotion in his voice.
-That was your choice.
Girl suddenly starts to bleed huge streams of blood from the whole body and screaming from pain, everywhere was her blood that came even to the bathroom through the slot at the bottom of the door. After a few seconds she stopped screaming and crying, once the loli died he threw her dead body to the right side close to toilet room and said.
-I've killed all your neighbors in this building, in few minutes I'll be back with another child.
Karos turned and before he even had time to do one step, the bathroom door opened. Lanzarote came with her mother out of the room while they were holding hands, she was with closed eyes, and their legs was full of blood. The red-eyed man turned back to them and stood close to the girl, she looked very scared and frightened, Lanzarote's mother just looked at him and said softly.
-Take what you need and leave us alone.
He answer without looking at her, instead of this he looked at the necklace.
-I am only need it…
Karos touched with his finger the necklace around the neck of Lanzarote, as soon as he touched it, in light speed from the necklace escaped ominous aura in scarlet color that fill all over the world. Immediately after this, all these aura entered into the body of Karos as a result it cause small earthquake around, all that time Lanzarote do not opened her eyes. Lights in the house flickered, and his eyes glowed in red as before, he looked at his hands and said with a smile.
-I am finally back to this world.
He looked around himself, and after this at Lanzarote.
-So you that girl? Do you remember me from your dreams?
-N… No…
-Do you want that this necklace will stay with you?
-Yes…
-Even if people die around? If you so want it, I will leave this necklace on you, but you need learn how to use it. Johnny you here?

How exactly is this even "visual"
I can not call it Novel because in Novel you do not have choose option, so i call it Visual Novel from what i know in VN you can choose what the character will do. Yes it not a game, but you can make it like a game using your imagination >_
Then its an interactive novel.
Not a visual novel because visual means it includes images.
Also choices arent a requirement for Visual novels, theres plenty that dont have any choices.
Interactive Novel? Never heard about it, can you give me example? I mean one of these novels...

Interactive novel just means that it reacts on what you do or choose. See interactive novel as the bigger catagory where a good amount of visual novels also fall in.
So what I'm saying here is that you should be using the term "Interactive novel", not visual novel as it is simply incorrect.
