Egyesülés margójára - 1. rész - Századmunka [HUN/ENG]

Vezetőitek kérésére egy magyarázó cikket írok, amiben kifejtem pár gondolatomat az egyesülésről és némi magyarázattal szolgálok alapvető kérdésekben.

CK parancsnokotok cikkében már olvashattátok a lényeget: Gábor Áron Tüzérei század szolgáltatja a technológiát, a Magyar Civilek Csapata meg az pingvintömeget. Mindkét század részéről meg kell, meg kellett hozni kompromisszumokat, mert egy házasság nem jöhet létre csak az egyik fél akaratérvényesülésekor. Lehetőség továbbra is meglesz számotokra, hogy szabadon döntsetek, úgy élvezzétek a játék adta lehetőségeket, ahogy eddig tettétek.

Viszont a KCS meg fog szűnni, ezzel számoljatok. Nem működhet egy professzionális gazdasági modell "máltai szeretetszolgálatként" (by franky), mert azzal nincsen biztosítva a profit. Itt most nem egyéni profitról beszélek, hanem század vagyonról.
Jövőben aki szeretne ellátmányt kapni, annak kötelező jelleggel be kell lépnie a rendelkezésre álló századcégek valamelyikébe. Hetek óta matekozunk ki mennyi századcéggel és vagyonnal rendelkezik, jövőben mennyi céget kell még "felhúzni", hogy a katonáink is (igen katonák) zavartalanul megkapják a nekik járó ellátmányt.

Egy kicsit álljunk meg egy pillanatra, és boncolgassuk a fentebb leírtakat: századmunka, katona.

Századmunkáról akkor beszélünk, amikor az egyén belép a századcégbe dolgozni bérért és az érte járó q7 fegyverért. Azt a döntést hoztuk, hogy ez 8CC+1 q7 fegyvert jelent. A pénz automatikusan jár, viszont a fegyvert már el kell kérni mindennap.

Még egy kis magyarázat karaj22-től, ő kezében a toll is jobban forog🙂:

"Azért 8cc + 1 tank, hogy a kezdeti időszakot át tudjuk vészelni úgy, hogy akik csak dolgoznak de nem harcolnak, azok ne vigyék el az összes tankot a harcoló katonáktól: magyarul a rendesen ütő játékosokat tudjuk jutalmazni. Amint a gyárkapacitás ott tart, hogy tudunk húzni az ellátmányon, ott már a 8cc + 2 tank-on is el lehet akár gondolkodni, ami már 2*10.5 + 8 = 29 HUF-os juttatásnak felel meg."

"Továbbra is szeretném hangsúlyozni, hogy mi szeretnénk megőrizni a katonai arcunkat. Mi azért adunk tankot, hogy elüssék, nem azért, hogy eladják. És mi annak szeretnénk több tankot adni, aki üt, nem annak aki csak dolgozik, de nem harcra használja. Mi bárminemű profitunkat arra fordítottuk mindig is, hogy ellátmányt növeljünk, nem azért, hogy egyéni vagyonosodást segítsük elő."

Tehát aki az ütései után is szeretne plusz Q7 fegyvert kapni, azok szépen használják az általunk kialakított rendszert és követik a parancsnokok, parancsnok helyettesek, tisztek utasításait. Hogy ez mennyi fegyvert jelent? Nos én kézzel ütök már hónapok óta, de napi 4-6-8 Q7 fegyver így is megvan, persze ez nagyban függ a többi harcoló katona teljesítményétől. Amikor meg igazán szükség van rájuk, akkor szépen oda tudok csapni.

És akkor még nem is említettem a napi sorakozót, ami szintén plusz fegyver szerzési lehetőség. Jelenleg ez heti 50 darabot jelent, ha mindennap teljesíti az illető a parancsot. De már nagyon előre szaladtunk. Nem ez a fő kérdés, mint ahogy az sem, hogy milyen néven fogunk létezni az egyesülés után.

Annak viszont mindenkiben tudatosulnia kell, hogy lesznek szabályok, lesznek követelmények, persze csak akkor ha szeretnétek. Egy század a században folyamatot kell elképzelni:

1. Ha szeretnéd, akkor megvan a szabadság hangulat, követelmény rendszer nélkül, rendszeresen frissítet DO-val stb.

2. Ha szeretnél ellátmányt, akkor századcégben való napi munka 8cc + 1 Q7 fegyverért, illetve pontosan jó helyre bevitt ütések utáni plusz ellátmány. Sorakozó fakultatív.

Én úgy gondolom, hogy egyik követelmény sem teljesíthetetlen, viszont ezek nélkül nem beszélünk egyesülésről. Ahhoz hogy a jövőben is tudjunk létezni, tudjunk gyarapodni, ellátmányon emelni stb... Ezek szükségesek. Nem véletlenül izzadtak elődeim, tisztjeim ezeken a technológiákon hónapokon, éveken keresztül.

Hatalmas lehetőségek rejlenek ebben az egyesülésben, eMagyarország legprofibb és legnagyobb századává válnánk egy szempillantás alatt.

In the name of the union - 1st part - Work in the unit


Dear Penguins,

I write an explanatory article, in which I expound a couple of my thoughts about the union by the request of your leaders and I give some explanation about fundamental questions.

You may have read the main fact in your commander’s (CK) article: the Gábor Áron Tüzérei unit supplies the technology and the Magyar Civilek Csapat gives the crowd. From the part of both units was necessary to bring some compromises, because a marriage may not come into existence of the will success by only one party. The opportunity still turns up for you in order to decide freely about your future, just enjoy the game as you did it till now.

On the other hand, the KCS will shut down, deal with it. A professional economic model can’t work as a Maltese affection service (by franky), because the profit is not insured by this way. I don’t talk about an individual profit, but about the property of the unit.
For those, who would like to get supplies in the future, the work in one of the available unit companies is required. We did math in the past several weeks to count who has how many unit companies, how much property and how many companies we have to build up yet for the reason to have enough resources to supply our soldiers too (yes, soldiers) without any problem.

Let me stop at this part for a moment and explain the written one above: unit work and soldier.

We talk about unit work when someone is hired into a unit company to work for wage and for Q7 weapon. We brought that decision, it means 8cc and 1 Q7. You get the money automatically due to the work, but you have to ask the weapon every day.

Another explanation from karaj22, the pen even turns better in his han😛

“The supply is 8cc and 1 Q7 to survive the initial period so, who only works but don’t fight, don’t let them take all of the tanks away from the combatant soldiers: so we can reward the players who do fights properly. As soon as the company capacity is increasing, we can think about giving even 8cc and 2 Q7 which means 2*10.5 + 8 = 29 HUF allocation.”

“I want to emphasize that, we would like to preserve our military face in the future. We give the supply in order to use them, not for selling. So we would like to give more tanks to the person who is active on the battlefields, not for those who is only working and don’t fighting. We have always devoted any kind of our profits to increase the supply, not for the growing of the individual property.”

So who would like to receive more Q7 weapons by more hits, just use the system we created and follow the commanders’, vice-commanders’ and officers’ order. How many weapons does it mean? Well, I fight without any weapon since months, but I get daily 4-6-8 Q7, but it depends of the rest combatant soldier’s performance. And when the need comes, I can strike nicely.

And I didn’t mention the daily assembly, which is likewise an opportunity to earn Q7. Currently it means 50 piece on a week if the given person follows the orders every day. But I already ran forward very much. This is neither the main question, nor our future name after the union.

Everyone has to realize that, there will be rules, requirements if you want them of course. Imagine this process like a unit in the unit:

1. If you want, there is the “freedom morale” without requirement system and with refreshed DOs regurarly, etc.

2. If you want to get supply, you must work daily in a unit company for 8cc and 1 Q7 weapon and plus supply after the punctual and concerned hits to the good place. The assembly is facultative.

I think none of these requirements are impracticable, but we can’t talk about union without these. These are necessary in order to be able to exist in the future, increase our population, raise the supply, etc. My predeccesors and officers didn’t sweat in vain for this technology over months and years.

Huge opportunities reside in this union, we would become the most professional and largest unit under a glance in eHungary.
