Dreamcast's State of Japan Address

Ladies and Gentlemen, eCitizens of our glorious Land of the Rising Sun, eJapan,

I regretfully announce to you all that I have both good news as well as bad news. The good news is that eJapan is finally taking up arms against our last foreign occupier, eTaiwan. The bad news is that this resistance is being led by a dictatorship instead of a democracy.

We here at Dreamcast News know just as much as the rest of you that this simply cannot stand. We were born for two things, my fellow eCitizens. One, we were born to live free. And two, we were born to live in harmony with our neighbors.

Although, I suppose it cannot be helped in the country's current state, I do advise that once we defeat eTaiwan and liberate our country, we shall focus on liberating our country from ourselves. Other newspapers can explain the reasons and grievances more eloquently than I can, probably.

Let us defeat eTaiwan! And let us overthrow this dictatorship once and for all!

Probably we just resetting the determination bonus, becasue RoC will keep those 3 regions in exchange for leaving the rest to us.
