Down The Road

Day 2,603, 17:15 Published in Canada Canada by Thedillpickl

Hi Kids!

Well...

There's not much to say really. I'm fully prepared for the complaints that are forthcoming. If you are so inclined, then yes, it is all my fault. Every turn I made this month was the wrong direction. I couldn't fight my way out of a wet paper sack. Punisher should have won, he was better qualified to handle the situation.

Just don't let me hear one word about my staff. They worked hard behind the scenes to get shit done. IBB and Smoke took a few days off due to illness but both gave an extraordinary performance when active. Xichael was a superb MoD. Bryan was meticulous with the money. klop was... well he was klop, 'nuff said. Xander never got the chance to work on his projects but did manage to release an article when the TG upgrades were happening. I cannot apologize enough to him, his team and Canada for not implementing the programs that were supposed to be the main focus of my term.

To all the supporting players in my cabinet I offer my profound thanks. Even if all you did was observe, as long as you learned a bit about how things get done, I'm proud to have served with you.

Where We Are

At the moment we've achieved the wipe I was looking for earlier. Just took the long road to get there. What this has done is allow us to RW without having to fight the additional 10% damage boost of an enemy NE. Odd as it sounds, this is a benefit as long as WE DON'T WIN! We can keep pounding Croatia and Fyrom without them having an advantage. Sooner or later they will set their NE on someone else and then we make our move.

Also note we are not doing the RW thing alone. Montenegro has been a big help (thank you). Croatia should learn a lesson from past imperialists, Canada takes being a nuisance to the next level. Wait until we refill our water pistols and then look out.

Fyrom is on my list of things to do, I don't forget those who screw with me.

Call Me The Breeze

J.J. Cale wrote/performed the song and I enjoy the blues version too.

Take a jacket along, gets cold after sunset.

What's the music got to do with anything? Simply saying that status quo doesn't work for me anymore. Some may be pleased at my change of directon, some may not. Be sure that I'm not 100% on what the next thing I do will be. Like the song says...

"Well, they call me the breeze
I keep rollin' down the road
Yeah, they call me the breeze
I keep rollin' down the road
I ain't got me nobody
I ain't carry no heavy load"
