Danger For CP and Cabinet

Hello eAmerica,
My name is “IamtheDanger” and I am running for Country President for our beloved country for April 2024. I have been involved with the defense of our country for the past two years and have, along with the help of friends and allies, helped our country accumulate considerable victories on the battlefield, which have recently led to severe damage to Code’s membership roster.
I have the connections, both among our current and previous government officials, and our allies, to ensure that that America continues to be a dominant player in the game, while causing damage to our enemies. I plan to continue on our strategic trajectory in terms of Foreign Affairs, with no changes. I take pride in being an Asteria warrior, and we are an alliance that treats each other with friendliness and doesn't hesitate to help one another.
In terms of domestic affairs, I will initiate a food program funded by the Executive to help Americans get extra HP that they can utilize in battles. There will be a greater focus on media and keeping our citizens informed. The goal is to have an engaged and informed population that can help us win strategic battles.
To address the elephant in the room, I also want to talk about why I am running for Country President this month. I respect the efforts by various Country Presidents over the past few years to keep us engaged, and think that I have the traits and qualifications that will best serve our country for the month of April. I do not intend to run a negative campaign and wish my opponents best of luck.

With Henry as MoD I assume you do not plan on using ABS while president & do not plan on increasing the AQ5 supply - given Henry's position to abolish the program & the BSP's opposition to Donation Laws until ABS is ended.
Which is odd since yesterday you were asking about activating ABS - at least that is how I interpreted you comment in battle orders.

And does your MoD support that position? If so would like to hear it from him - because just today in the congressional in-game thread he suggested defunding ABS.
Or will it all be up to you -since current law allows only the CP and Mod to activate ABS?

would be nice to know if you actually had discussion on this given Henry's outspoken opposition to ABS. And that he actually now supported ABS.
Since Henry has expressed the opinion that I benefit too much from ABS, I will try to minimize Henry's anguish of having to run a program he despises by not taking weapons from ABS while Henry is MoD.
But don't worry to paraphrase Henry there are enough other air fighter to get the job done

Which I take as meaning if something needs to be done, you don't need to do it if someone else can do it.
Congress wanted to keep the ABS program so as MoD I will do my job and serve the country without bringing any personal opinions I have toward the situation.
Interesting your strong opposition to ABS is not so strong that you would decline an office that puts you in a position where you will have to actively support the ABS program that you so detest.

So, if it is others that use the program, and request budget for it, it is bad, they are thieves, and the program should be canceled, and you are 100% against the WHOLE BUDGET and you will vote NO to donation laws... But when it is YOU in power it becomes completely okay to use it huh?

I'm not listed as being in the cabinet. For this favor alone, I would consider voting for you but all the other candidates also left me out of their cabinet lists so obviously each candidate knows how to curry my favor and is attempting to bribe me for my vote. Who will I vote for? Fortunately here in the eUSA we have secret ballots so I shall keep my vote a secret.
