eCanada is facing military, financial and demographic problems daily. To combat these problem we have created the Conservative Party of Canada. A political party with a plan to combat all current problems and set Canada upon a path to success.
The Conservative Party of eCanada
The Conservative Party of eCanada is a political force based on conservative values, right-winged ideology, professionalism, rationalism and constructiveness. CPC strives to provide a clear plan of action and constructive ideas from which eCanada can expand its political, economical and military capabilities and build a sustainable future.
Internal Structure
President - Responsible for the overall coordination of the party, executing the strategy to the maximum and working with other parties to reach set upon goals.
Vice-President - Leads the party fraction within Congress. Works with other Congressmen to reach mutual goals
Secretary General - Deals with internal functioning of the party. In charge of forming internal committees. Runs Presidential Primaries.
Councillor - Recruiting new players to the party. Training new competent candidates for Congress
Spokesman - generating weekly party news reports and any public announcements
Recruiter - recruiting new people to the party and maintaining it in the top 5 position. Multiple people can take on this role.
The Conservative Party of Canada will also form internal committees that will develop plans and strategies to implement in Congress through our Congress Members. There will be five main committees - Foreign Policy, Economic Policy, New Citizen Policy, Internal Policy and Military Policy Committee. They will be used to develop new Congress bills and support our Congressmen. New active party members will be included in the committees and discussions in order to train them.
Before each Party Presidential Elections, the Party HQ holds primaries and votes on a single official CPC candidate.
Our Program
Internal Policy
- Create a platform within our party to provide all active new citizens the opportunity to rise through the ranks and reach high standing
- Allow new citizens to monitor and later participate in our internal party discussions, in order to grow in competence
- Bind each Congressmen to train another party member. This way we will have healthy rotation for Congress within the party and increase the quantity of competent people within Congress
Military
- Create a central HQ with all the commanders of all major military units
- Dissolve the smaller units into the bigger MUs and create the United Canadian Armed Forces (UCAF)
- Create economic incentives for commanders of MUs that belong to the United Canadian Armed Forces
- Restructure Canadian MUs with the cooperation of their commanders to know exactly how many fighters we have and set up strategic coordination
- Set up a Military Training Academy
- Set up a direct succession program between the United Armed Forces and the Canadian Military Academy
- Restart financing all MUs belonging to the United Armed Forces of Canada and ensure that they have proper supplying for their fighters.
New Citizens
- Set up a team of mentors who would reach out to new citizens
- Provide new citizens with incentives for joining the Military Academies
- Create a video tutorial for eRepublik
Legislative Branch
- Set up a system of committees and sub-committees within Congress (Finance and Budget Committee,Foreign Policy Committee, Education and Demography Committee, Military Committee, Rules Committee)
- All committees can make suggestions and recommendations to the Finance and Budget Committee as to what kind of funds will be needed for their programs
- The speaker of the Congress will assign Committee heads
- Committees will prepare bills (with the logic behind them and different arguments if requested by members of Congress) for a general vote
- Sub-committees will work on bills which will be passed on to the higher committee which will further report the bill or destroy it
Executive Branch
- Set up President's Budget - money that he/she can spend to realize his agenda and presidential programs
Economic
- Use strategies and ideas that are developed by the Congressional Finance and Budget Committee to bring in extra capital to finance government programs
- Develop a program for subsidized loans for company upgrades and training centers' upgrades in order to increase Canada's GDP and players' strength values
- Raise the VAT taxes to bring in more capital
- Maintain Work Taxes to alleviate any pressure from the new citizens who rely on their salary
- Raise the Canadian Treasury reserves to at least 500k cc
- Start Monetary Market trading through the National Bank/Ministry of Finance to help raise more capital (Other countries such as Ireland and Ukraine are successfully implementing this)
- Perform studies on our Market production and GDP levels, in order to better implement the tax system.
Social
- Develop a program of referendums. Debatable questions are going to be put to the Canadian public's opinion and be voted upon. If the majority of voters support it, the CPC is going to introduce the bill in Congress. (These can be conducted using google forms)
- Help foster a new mentality of respect towards state institutions that are not politically bound, but rather state bound
Informational
- Set up an Informational Bureau which will release news reports on what is going on in the country and the government every Thursday and Sunday
- Create a national radio station
- Work with the President to update the Presidential Message
Foreign Policy
- Build a strong relationship with Ireland, Asgard and Switzerland
- Delve into mutual projects that can benefit all countries, such as developing tutorials and guides
Francophone Canada
- Oblige Canadian Cabinet members to publish all materials in both languages
- If needed be, they will need to hire someone to do so
The first programs that will have the most focus on are the Military and New Citizens programs. Currently we lack the amount of active people to realize all of the given programs. Afterwards Congressional reforms will follow to make the government more efficient. Lastly the economic and executive reforms shall follow.

So all the smaller units have to disband to join larger ones. What if they like there own identity.
People should beware though he's doing it right funneling new players into his MU and Political party. Even his MU message says new players must join his MU.
How do you know what my message reads, unless you have multies? Nobody is going to touch MUs who don't want to join the United Canadian Armed Forces. I was thinking set a standard, that in order to become a member unit of the UCAF, the unit must have at least one 5 active member regiment of a specific division. That's details of course.
I click on your MU icon on your player page and can see what description reads. It says all new players must join your MU. Think thats unfair to all other MU's out there.
In order to build a disciplined Army, we need to have a centralized and efficient Academy as such. Within the conceptual framework of the UCAF, it is perfectly fair. The Academy is not going to be mine, or someone else's but Canada's. It will be the First and Lowest Pillar in the UCAF. It's a matter of creating an efficient structure that will train experienced and disciplined fighters for the higher UCAF Units to use. If private MUs who don't want to subjugate themselves to the gov't or at least work with it, consider it unfair, it's their problem, not the concept's....
Our CP month in and month out creates a group thread with all MU leaders to keep them updated on what to do and when sh*ts gonna happen.
I know about the thread, and it's not the same thing. Once the time is right, and the negotiations are started, I'm going to publish the details. Just going to give you a hint, it is partly similar to what Ireland has, except their system is made up of only one MU.
Also, regarding the Academy. When the UCAF will be formed, the Academy will serve as a unifying unit for all of them. After the Academy, a fighter will have to choice to join any UCAF MU.
After of course you have there politcal loyalty and have them join your party.
Politics have to stray away from Military....... That's what probably led to the destruction of the Canadian Armed Forces in the past.
It's kind of funny that I have to convince you, a member of a political party with a name "Military Dictatorship" that we need a Unifying Army that will somehow be influenced and controlled by the gov't

CAF wasn't destroyed because of politics vs. military. Basically, other militias were doing an equal or better job than CAF and deserved equal funding.
If anything, CAF's success back then was due to politics, albeit indirectly. Being a known officer in CAF meant that other CAF soldiers recognized and trusted your name, thus as an active population with the ability to vote, often elected CAF officers into office. These officers would then consider CAF's interests while in political office merely from their background. It's not an intentional practice, but human nature.
If you want a full corruption report on CAF's High Command, talk to Rolo Tahmasee about it. I was a CAF underling at the time so I'm oblivious.
Mary, then they should have given the same opportunity for other MUs to become part of the structure, which is what I strive to do.

Canadian "conservatism" is only a relative term. They'd probably be considered radical commies if they tried to implement most of their policies in the US. Canada is so politically un-conservative we just call our least left-wing left-wing big-government party "The Conservatives".
You are probably right 🙂 It focuses more on the social aspect and the set of values. Different conservatives around the world have different economic views, but social ones are very similar.
I'd disagree and say they our parties are closer together on social values than on economic - our "Cons" are far more likely to try on differentiate themselves on economic policy than on social policy - social issues like gay rights etc. are not really up for debate here like they are in the US.
The party platform seems stuffed with needless overhaul, roleplay, and predatory policies to turn new players into your own personal political machine.

I don't think it necessary or desirable for new players to be 'trained' as politicians, new players can enter politics through any of the top five parties. Training adds an unnecessary element, and once we start training new players, you have to wonder who is doing the training? Whoever is training these new politicians is going to inject their own ePolitical biases to them and be able to form their own political machine
The Academy is a separate entity. It trains fighters, not politicians. The party trains politicians. All political propaganda within the Academy is banned. It is an apolitical entity. One of the reasons why I passed the commander post to Prinz, since I'm starting a party.....
