Hi guys, we have low import tax on food and weapons and HRM. Should we not have such a low tax for houses too?

If somebody wants to sell a house at 300 cc, for 99% import tax, the tax will be , (0.99/(1+0.99))*300= 149.24 cc. So the seller will get 300-149.24= 151.76 cc only.
