Dear Readers,
I had an interview with our Country President (CP) M. de Ruyter, I asked him 10 questions about the results of the Congress Elections.
For the people that just simply forgot the results of the Congress Elections here are the results:

Let's begin with our Interview with our Country President; what does he think of the Congress Elections?
1. What do you think of the results of the Congress Elections?
I think the results are somewhat astonishing, to see that demNL which has been the 2nd party for ages, lost so much votes this time.
2. Are you happy with the new Congress? Yes/No why?
Of course I'm happy with the new parliament, although for democracy it would have been nicer if there where 40 members.
3. Do you think you can work with this Congress? Yes/No why?
Of course we can cooperate with this parliament, as we've always done.
4. With which party would you like to work with in the congress?
I'd like for all parties to cooperate in our national parliament.
5. What do you want to achieve together with this Congress?
It would be great if we could achieve more unity in eNL.
6. Do you think your party is happy with this Congress?
I think that the results of these elections are not bad for GPN, this shows we have a large and active group of supporters.
7. Do you think the eNetherlands is supporting you, your government and the new congress?
That is, again, proven by these elections.
8. What are the current problems the eNetherlands is struggling with?
imo our biggest problem is that we're divided, although their are many signs of reconciliation. we have to watch out for foreign meddling on our forum and in our media, we don't want those to bring their national problems here.
9. Any idea how to solve (this/them)?
We're continuously working on that, and glad to see we're receiving more and more support in that by members of other parties.
10. What do you want to say to the people of the eNetherlands?
Our country needs to be united against our foreign enemies, and not to have them try to play us apart.

Interesting! I'm curious how many *new* congressmen each party has delivered. I think all party programs were unanimous about the need to get more new citizens in congress. I wonder what happened 🙂
Last month our party, the DRP, was able to do that. : ) This month, however, we were unable to do that. 🙁 I messaged each and every member of our party asking if they were interested in running for congress to represent our party and none of our new players showed any interest and some asked that they have that opportunity next month instead. I believe because of the holidays and everything, a lot of our newer players that may have wanted to give it a shot ended up saying no because they didn't have much time to devote to the game during such hectic times as Christmas and New Year's. Hopefully that makes sense. We are disappointed that we could not deliver on that promise since the DRP made it a big part of our identity but we will definitely make sure to keep that promise next month when our new players have more time to learn and participate in congress and use that opportunity to their advantage. : )
