Whats up ?
Officers had a semi-meeting on IRC regarding War games, I bet you are curious ( but FIRST, a word from our Executive Officer, Dinnyin

However, the decision we made might not suit you

Thats right, MORE waiting -.-

reason ? we have 1 Captain, due to the exodus of Officers we had a week or so ago

so. on the 15th of this month, after we pick our Captains, and give them a day or two to settle in, they will start making a list of theyr team, and we will officially start the kill competition

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
During War Games a Captain is free to make the DO whatever he / she wants,
He / she also has to find "easy" kill battles, and assign members to "search&destroy" , or to translate:
get members to move around, fight in different engagements, and test the grounds for whatever Division they are in
example :
Division 2 soldier, fights around until he finds a suitable battle. ( he noticed 2-3 shoot kills for Div 2 )
He then informs his team and/or Captain and get that info used by other D2 members, to optimize their killing power

Remember, its mostly about teamwork, and about being online, with full health, the whole day !

Your teams average kill per soldier ratio will be taken as a score ( like, I dunno 81 kills p/s ) and it will represent your squad/team
to get beeter averages, you need to have ALL your team mates ready and willing to kill a ton of enemies, so Captains play a vital role in picking and choosing his squads

WARNING
If I get a single PM of a member, telling me he was refused to participate, heads will roll!

ONLY REQUIREMENT FOR WAR GAMES IS WILLINGNESS , NO CAPTAIN CAN DECIDE NOT TO TAKE ON A MEMBER IN HIS TEAM, HE HAS TO IF THE PERSON IS IN HIS REGIMENT !

Also, we are using "The Magic Number"
thats when a player has the number of kills that contain the magic number, the score is upped 5 points :

example someone has 54 kills, 4 is the magic number , he will have 59 kills ( fictively, the counting will be done by me and I promise no dirty business )
example 2 if a person has 44 kills, he gets 10 points for double numbers, so he has 54 kills ( the number is NOT repeatable, meaning the 54 kills is the last valued number, you wont get bonuses on it )

Prizes will also be handed out by me, to your Reg Captain who will divide and hand out the stuff to his teammates
so far the pot contains q6 q7 tanks some food and USD, we will see what we will use

Well, so much for some instructions, I will make it be known before and during the war games, what numbers we are going after, and what members are in which teams
