Apology

Day 524, 09:54 Published in India Austria by H. S. Dovewatch

Recently elected eIndian congress member Robert Knotsworth released this report to angry citizens earlier today:

‘I can now see why such a proposal as was made is disliked by the eIndians who I claim to represent, and I understand it was entirely my fault for going straight into proposing my idea without having a proper debate on the forums first.
I had not taken into account the factor that there are no longer two housing companies, and even if there were then productivity would still not be high enough to create an entirely internal low quality housing market.
After this announcement I will file an official apology in the Lok Sahba forums, and I hope that all the congress members who I unfortunately managed to agree with my proposal understand I will not make such an error on future occasions.
However, most of all I hope you as citizens understand that is not an apology just as me as a politician to help keep my popularity high but as a person who has just, unintentionally, set eIndia back another step.

I hope that my interviews with the Presidential Candidates, my updates to the Wikipedia page, and the new trilogy I am writing (‘The Unlikely Adventures of Count Pheenic the Third’) will make up for any distress and setbacks I have caused.

Again, I am truly sorry and I hope you can all find in it within you to forgive me this time and I hope you believe that I will try my very hardest to rectify the problem and progress from there using the proper and legitimate methods in future.

Thank you.’
