Nos gustaría hacer algunas aclaraciones sobre el Gold Pack mensual y el "bono doble Oro referencia":

1. Algunos jugadores tuvieron problemas con la compra de los paquetes de oro mensuales. Gracias a todos los tickets enviados, nos las arreglamos para resolver los problemas de ayer.

2. El Oro de los paquetes de oro mensuales deben ser recogido manualmente todos los días. El oro puede ser recogido desde su página de Empresas.

3. La bonificación del 20% para la remisión de Oro se activará una vez que el jugador invitado alcance el nivel 30. Antes de eso, el bono oro es 10% igual que siempre.

A ver, creo y solo doy una opinión personal, que cuando el juego saca una oferta se deben aclarar los términos con anterioridad, me explico, no se puede lanzar una oferta donde se diga simplemente que te darán el 20% de bonificación en oro por cada jugador que invites, y luego explicar mas tarde que es a partir de que dicho jugador alcance el nivel 30, ya que muchos jugadores que se pueden sentir engañados.

Cuando el juego publica una promoción debe de ser clara y transparente, ya que muchos jugadores están molestos con la evolución del juego y se marchan, otros jugadores están molestos esperando unas promesas de arreglar el juego que nunca llegan y se marchan y otros jugadores se sienten engañados con unas ofertas que no están claras y se marchan.

Resumen, yo creo que el juego debería cuidar un poco mas a sus jugadores, que al final son sus clientes.

Se lo digo a quienes dirigen el presente juego y desde el respeto, no como critica sino como aviso o consejo, ya que un juego sin jugadores no tiene ningun sentido

2. The Gold from the Monthly Gold Packs has to be collected manually every day. The Gold can be collected from your Companies page.

3. The 20% bonus for referral Gold will be activated once the invited player reaches level 30. Before that, the Gold bonus is 10% like always.

I think, and just give a personal opinion, that when the game takes an offer should clarify terms before, I mean, you can not launch an offer where you just say that you will get 20% bonus gold each player you invite, and then explain later it from that player reaches level 30, as many players may feel cheated.
