The proposal is straightforward. As proposed by Benn Dover and debated subsequently, I proposed to raise the income tax to five percent. In this way we can try to increase the treasury and to this end 5% income tax is a good amount. The 1% import tax could not be changed as the value wasn't allowed to be 0%.
