Fellow Countrymen,

Last term when I ran for President, and got elected, I presented you a so called 'big picture', a graphical image of how things in game are interconnected in this game, in my opinion. Thorough understanding of these concepts should enable to play this game more succesful as a nation.
The point is, each and every one of us has their own personal strategy wheter it is pursuing a political career, a military one or one based on friendship and fun.

In my opinion, running a country is something else than 'running' a citizen-account. We need some sort of general understanding of what goals we are pursuing on a longer term, in order to make each individual government more succesful. That way one government will not accidentally undo a previous governments work in yet another attempt to strive for 'that months short term goals'. Naturally, each government should have their own freedom to play the game as they see fit, press on different buttons, stress other elements but a big picture that gives guidance and serves as a reminder is needed.

The picture I presented was composed of several concepts I deducted from this game and is by no standard the truth, other than my personal opinion:






However, certain things require a step by step approach and no hasty decision. This is why I want to bring to mind that we have been discussing alliances for as long as I remember, defenitely over two whole years. Nothing ever came out of it, despite several (so easily over 24 !) government's promises. Why? Alliances see us as insignificant. Also, we have been too picky (to a lesser extend)

I clearly and painfully recall the Asgard situation, where we applied and got rebuffed twice, because Finland wouldnt have us. Congresses of eCanada, eNorway, eSweden convincingly voted us in and invited us. Those countries we feel very closely related to, in my opinion.

So now, dear fellow countrymen, we find us at a crossroads, with an alliance composed of similar size nations and a common goal. And last but not least, several countries we have a long and positive history with ! Dont be fooled by voices that say otherwise. In this game we can chose our own friends. And sometimes friends choose you.

Dont cling to a figment of some peoples imagination. The 'dream alliance' that we are hearing about is never going to happen. Or, perhaps, in five years time.

We live here, now. We have our battles to fight. And I, as Warrior-politician, could do with some friends-allies to fight for. And I will vote YES because I believe we should take a leap of faith and try to make it work, and have some fun in the process while doing it.

I will vote YES because it ticks a box in my big picture.

And im asking you to vote YES too.
