As probably expected house prize dropped to the bottom. Was it because of the noob theory that it only gives you 50 energy per day for 7 days.

Well anyway. Today we come to an important lesson for the would be business mogul:

A basic concept of any business is that your income should continuously increase.

In RL most businesses has a hard line on price increases. I always laugh at how they will sell a thing say 8.70 and a few months later sell it on special for 9.50. Thereby conditioning you to the higher prize.

I see the usefulness in houses. Also I see the usefulness in 5 employees. I therefore needed to reinvest the gold collected to increase my income. A small increase but still worth it.

I bought 4 * Rubber WRM plantations. Netting me a further 1200 WRM at 40 energy.



Total Investments thus far was:

5 * Q1 Houses = 50 Gold
1 Grannite Quarry = 35 Gold
4 * Rubber Plantations = 140 Gold
225 Gold

We will continue tomorrow from here and I will keep on pushing money into investments.
