I wish to thank the Dáil for approving my request for administrator or the Training Upgrade Program. This will not be an easy task and there will be plenty of headaches lying ahead so please bear with me and have patience.
First order of business is for those who wish to be eligible for the training program I ask you to fill out this form. I will scan through your application and decide where to put you on the priority list according to your needs. When the sales arrive you will receive your gold if your application is successful.
**Remember this isn’t only for Irish Army members it is open to every Irish citizen regardless of what MU you are in.**

Viktor, I've opposed this deal, and this implementation of it since it was proposed. That hasn't changed. It's still a bad deal. It was very poorly handled. This usage of the proceeds isn't an equal usage of the proceeds.

can you tell us when we will get gold and when you will publish list of of payouts. You know transparency and such!
Its in the form and previous articles:
"When the sales arrive you will receive your gold if your application is successful."
Basically no one gets any gold until erep offers its infamous discount to players wanting to upgrade the training buildings.
Priority is also given to the "younger players" so its possible depending on the uptake that older players may never get an offer to upgrade.
As for the list/transparency, you'll need to wait till the program is finished to get that.
NO priority is determined by how long you are in the game. read bhane's last article it works other way around.

Priority is not determined ONLY by age, Krakken.
Priority is determined by many factors.
The time of one's eIrish citizenship is one of them. Efficient use of money is another. Activity is another. History is another. Budget is another. A younger player is going to get a Q2 weight room long before you get a Q4 shooting range. Ian is not going to simply sort the list by creation date, and blankly approve from the top down Ian is not going to simply sort the list by creation date, and blankly approve from the top down. There will be multiple aspects going into the compilation of upgrade approvals. That's why I said it would be such a headache for Arbuckle.
Because of the myriad of factors, it is likely mostly younger players will get help first, because most veterans have already bought the upgrades for the TGs they use. So, in a sense, Nog is right.

There is a rather complex list the planning group gave to Ian about which upgrades are efficient. You need to stop making whatever assumptions suit the next lie you want to spin.
