[SHIELD News] War Is Over

Sometimes simply saying Thank You isn’t enough. Most of the time life gets in the way and we are not able to recognize the hard work and talent that exists among us. This game deals quite a bit in perception. A lot of what happens in seen. So providing our Unit Members with more stuff that they can display is our way of showing how much we appreciate what they do. We have begun running our own Mini Tournaments (results in next article) to try to encourage activity among the Soldiers of SHIELD. Our Country recently fought and wiped Spain. These soldiers below, worked hard to prove that SHIELD is a great Military Unit. Next time they go into Battle, they can display proudly, these awards.

The Achievement Medal is awarded for either combat or noncombat situations based on sustained performance or specific achievement of a superlative nature.


The Citation for Combat Service recognizes exceptionally distinguished performance of duty contributing to National security or defense of the United States.


The Award for Honor is given to those that demonstrate virtuous conduct and personal integrity.


The Valor Medal is awarded for voluntary acts of extraordinary heroism involving the acceptance of existing dangers with conspicuous fortitude and exemplary courage


The Executive Officers Award or Silver Star is given for gallantry in action against an enemy of the United States
