My hammer days maybe gone, but will not be forgotten. Instead it will be taken up once more in reforging the EZC training program. We would like to think everyone could be the next leader, but in reality that is not the case. When everyone is trying to lead no one goes anywhere. Not everyone wants to be a leader, but EZC knows when the right leaders appear they will make themselves known. Not all good leaders can be made.
The reforming of the EZC training program is about creating the best soldiers that will help the eUSA in the future. Getting those first started on the correct path to become heavy hitters in the future, while also finding those before it is too late. The program will also keep those that have finished their Training Grounds upgrades staying focus on the bigger picture as well. We will keep our members engaged, so their time and our investment are not wasted. The more time you put in,the more powerful you will become. This also increases your chances of earning more gold in the future.
It might just a game, but these are the rules/limitations that we have placed on ourselves to try and be the best of the best. I will let you know when this new program goes live.

Hammer must be really good if others are having to emulate it to attract people 🙂
Hammer - original and best!
Its purpose is not to attract people. It is to benefit the future of the eUSA as well as those that take the time. That is how I view it. I would agree the original idea is the best. I'm sad to see Shield no longer keeping the original concept going. I hope the changes they are making to the hammer program are good for both Shield and the future eUSA players that join the program.

Currahee! haha 😃
Is it called HAMMER, the EXACT idea you took and brought to EZC?
Meh. Makes no diff... no matter what you call it, it will still be HAMMER.
No, it will not be called Hammer. I'm sure there were other programs similar to hammer before hammer was created. I didn't realize Shield held copyright to the concept.
No one said it does, but you are taking the idea and masquerading it as yours. This after you spend a butt ton of SHIELD gold to upgrade your own TGs then ran the program into the ground before abruptly leaving.
I hope for EZC's sake, you don't do the same there.
In closing, best of luck with "your" idea in EZC!
This is almost like having a debate on whether the chicken or the egg came first, Jude.
Hammer was designed by Crash alongside the SHIELD War College which was in turn based on EZC's Military Fitness Academy. I know, because I was a SHIELD officer at the time and helped with the old War College content. SHIELD and EZC have existed alongside each other (and borrowed from each other) for a long time now, and that's OK, because it makes both units stronger and better as they learn from each other and craft their own programs.
If anything has changed, it's just that recently people have gotten too mired up in being competitive to stop and remember the cooperation that has existed since SHIELD first came into being.
Don't get me wrong, I think that EZC is a great MU filled with great people. I can safely say that I am friends / on friendly relations with MOST of the active members of EZC. Hell, when I ran Bear Cav, EZC was very friendly and accommodating and accepting of us for an MU tournament. I even remember when Easy Company was the Fed MU.
And I'm not trying to be mean or competitive, I am merely pointing out something that seems to be overlooked. And you are right, there does need to be more inter-MU cooperation.
Personally, I hope this new used program works out to EZC's benefit. With the right people in charge, it can be a great program. With the wrong people in charge, it can be a gold sink, even for the platinum cards of EZC.
Take it "Easy", man. Best of luck to you and ALL of EZC!
BTW... the chicken came first. it was either 1) placed here by _insert_diety_of_choice_here_ or 2) evolved from another being by sprouting legs and growing feathers. 😉
If you are concerned, PM me. I am pretty sure I have the answers you are looking for. 😃
