{RSU} What to expect from the RSU press

Day 2,982, 04:05 Published in Australia Thailand by Revolutionary Socialist Union

Hello eAustralia,

As promised, the RSU is releasing it's first official article (the one earlier today was just a teaser 😛 )... so let's get right into it.

We here at the RSU strongly believe, that while it is all well an good to give away free food and weapons, it is much better for the citizens, to learn how to feed themselves, to learn how to manage their firepower, so they grow and become stronger and more potent to helping eAustralia.

"Give a man a Q7, he fights for one battle. Teach a man how to manufacture Q7's, he tanks in every round"

Don't get me wrong, if you happen to jump on the RSU shout box or see someone in our IRC channel (#RSU), there will be plenty of people ready to help top up your tanks or your energy for the battles ahead. But the one of the main driving forces for the RSU, will be to educate the citizens on how to best manage their workloads, their factories and their time in the game.

I will be aiming to release at least one educational article every week. But if time allows, I will be doing two a week. These educational articles will talk about a range of things, be it political based, economic based or warfare based. We here at the RSU would like to help teach, train and educate the citizens, not only our party members, but eAustralians, our allies and everyone in the eWorld.

Also we plan on releasing an update of current events happening in the eAustralian government. This is to ensure, that the people who voted our party members into the congress are kept up to date on the happenings. A lot of times, information is not filtered down to the rank and file (I know I have been guilty of this myself at times), while we will endeavour to keep state secrets quiet, we will try and inform the people of what is happening and the reasons behind it.

*NOTE* - For those who believe the current romours and lies about an RSU shadow government, this political update will try and be impartial as all possible. It is merely a way of informing the public of what is going on. A role which all Political Parties should be undertaking

We here at the RSU believe in the right for the people to speak up, to question and to voice their opinions. So we would be accepting articles from our members, and publishing them (if they abide by the rules set forward from Plato and the headless chickens).

We see an active media as something which should be applauded and not condemned. We see people talking as a sign of this activity, rather then people following blindly. So this is one of the reasons, we will be helping people to be given a voice.

The RSU via this newspaper will be offering scholarships to it's members and partially funded scholarships to it's non members. These scholarships will be explain in greater detail later on.

But it will be going hand in hand with the RSU commitment to eAustralia and devolving out country and citizens.

And of course, what will a political party newspaper be with out pushing our message. This paper will be used as an extra tool for the RSU to inform it's members, to try and gain new members and to keep eAustralia informed of the events happening in the RSU.

So for our current members, please ensure you sign up and run for congress. For people who are interested in the RSU please PM me and ask any questions you might have.
