[[Reg 3]] Teamwork

Okay 3rd regiment listen up. I think that we should learn how to work as a team and strive for a daily goal.



Quite personally I think we should focus on working as a team. IT will help us in the long run and even though I am new to the regiment I see potential here. In everyone not just certain people. That being said, I think we should improve our teamwork.

So what would you guys see as being a good goal to achieve? I think a certain amount of Daily Kills made by our Regiment would be a good way to do it. That way everyone participates as long as they kill something. You will all be rewarded for your efforts. I will personally reward each and every member of the 3rd as long as they get at least 25 kills a day.

Now... I think that we should strive for about 250-300 kills a day. According to my calculator we should be able to achieve over 600 kills if everyone got 25 kills. However, I feel that we shouldn't am for those kinds of numbers yet since this is a new thing. So 250-300 kills as a REGIMENT shouldn't be that hard. Then, if all goes well we can up this number gradually.
