[NSC] Total War

Day 2,624, 07:36 Published in USA USA by The Mike

American soldiers, we are going to War!

On Friday Plato announced that tomorrow, on Tuesday, a new event will start. The aim of the event is to reshuffle the resources on the map of the New World! Each country will have to fight for "Resource Tokens" (awarded after liberating a region, or winning a non-RW-campaign). Each "Resource Token" will automatically award the country with a resource in a region its Country President has previously selected on the Resource Wars Country Page.

USA is actively participating in this event! We have a great strength in having 51 original regions, compared to most countries with a single-digit amount of core regions, including the world's strongest countries in Europe. However, there is a constraint on the amount of rare resources that can be won. There are a total of 574 regions in the New World. Only 97 of them will have a house industry bonus. More than half of the regions will have a food industry resource, including a fish resource in each historical (real life) capital of the countries in the New World. And only 164 regions will have a weapon industry bonus.

This means that we must win a handful Resource Tokens as fast as possible in order to secure the rarest of resources:
- Granite (7);
- Limestone (14);
- Rubber (17);
- Clay (21);
- Saltpeter (25);
- Deer (29);
- Wood (23) and Sand (32);
- Oil (30), and Alumnium (39).

As we are defending the attack from Mexico in this very moment, we will be attacking five (5) nations tomorrow after day change. And will be attacked by one more (1):
- North Korea
- Japan
- Ireland
- Czech Republic
- Mexico
- Latvia

Here is the place to thank our allies from Mexico and Latvia for their help in the tournament!
