[NGP] Lets Paint Congress Green

We are very close to heading to the polls to elect a new Congress. First off I must say a big congratulations to everyone in Norway for making these elections take place. We have all worked very hard to make these elections happen. Also a big thank you to all of our allies (especially Russia!) who have helped us in securing our regions in time for Congress.

Let me introduce you to the Green Candidates this month. Our Congress list is second to none in Norway blending experience with youth ready to serve all of Norway.

I am very confident in all of our candidates and hope you will give them the opportunity to prove that a Green vote will not be a wasted vote.
