Hello everyone, This is just a short article to update you on what is going on with the various projects under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Education.



Family Registry

The Family Registry project is proceeding smoothly with 7 families registered and roughly 40 individuals in the families so far. We also have our project's first official Clan forming from the Shinsengumi.

The registry will always be open so feel free to sign up your own family at your earliest convenience. Here is the Registration Questionnaire


Japanese Language Lessons

My apologies on this one. I was inundated with minor projects and other distractions for a while so I left it on the backburner for longer than I intended. The Language lessons will resume again with a review of the previous two lessons in a day or so. The review will be a series of simple words and sentences that you can read based off of the first Hiragana and Katakana lesson. It will also contain some notes and (hopefully) a couple of videos on the pronunciations of the words.

Military Communications System

This actually falls under the control of the Ministry of Defense, but is something of a joint project that I am not certain we ever publicly announced. We have set up a mass communication system with our Nation's larger Military Units that consists of two parts.

The first part is large in-game private message thread that allows the government to not only issue orders but also perform back and forth communication with the Commanders, 2nd Commanders, and Captains of the Military Units.

The second part is a system we have not used in its official capacity yet, but many of you will remember from a couple months ago. This is unofficially called the "Runner" system and is a measure for issuing emergency orders by having a cabinet member or other official switch between all the military units in order to leave orders in their Feed. So it is asked that if any of you see a Cabinet member writing orders in your Military Unit feed, please ignore your issued daily order and follow the Cabinet member's orders. We will also alert your officers, but they might not be on to be able to change your DO.




There are also a variety of smaller projects and things that I am working on, but they may end up scrapped or dieing off as the term progresses. Be sure to keep an eye out for further updates in case they get implemented o/
