[MoFA] Update Guerra com Espanha e Entrada dos USA [PT-ENG]

Este artigo serve para trazer um pequeno update sobre a guerra com Espanha e para explicar a entrar dos Estados Unidos na Península Ibérica.
De momento temos duas batalhas com Espanha:

A primeira é para ganhar pois temos que manter o ímpeto e continuar a conquistar regiões.
A Segunda é para perder pois iremos devolver a região para que depois possa ser conquistada pelos USA.

Entrada dos USA na Península Ibérica

Depois de da retirada da Sérvia e com a ameaça Chilena a pairar no ar o governo decidiu solicitar a ajuda dos USA para manter a Espanha em Wipe e para criar uma ajuda extra caso o Chile decida virar para este lado do mundo.
O governo Norte Americano decidiu apoiar o nosso pedido e assim deu o NE para nos ajudar e já vão a caminho de conquistar a primeira região.
A próxima região é Castilla que de momento está na nossa possa dai termos aberto RW para a devolver a Espanha. O bónus já o temos e o único prejuízo e os impostos mas ganhamos um forte aliado na nossa causa.

Hello all

This article is to bring a small update about the war with Spain and the NE from USA to Spain.
At the moment we have 2 wars with Spain

The first one is to win because we have to keep pushing the momentum and win another Spain region.
The Second one is to LOSE because we are returning the region to Spain so the USA can conquer it .

USA joins the rumble in Iberia

After the withdrawal from Serbia and the menace that Chile possess we the PT gov decide to ask for help with the USA so we can keep Spain in Wipe and to create a new source of help if Chile decide to come this way.
We are thankful to say that the USA said yes to our request and they give Spain a NE and they are on the way to conquer the first Spanish region.
The next target is Castilla that by this moment is in our hand, so we start an RW so we can give it back to Spain. We already have that bonus so the only prejudice is the amount of tax revenue, but we gain a powerful ally for our cause
