Note on Donate Law Proposal Process, this term Government proposes a continued move away from using the Bank of England for all Donate Law Proposals towards a spread of organisations for improved transparency of the different spending and money transfer pots.

Happy with all the items included on it - the only thing I would add is regarding the money we donate to pay back to other nations, if we can just make sure that the exact amount due is kept track of in relation to the amount we estimate now, so we can increase/reduce the amount if needed
