[MoF] 2nd update on UK income/expenses

This is the second of the 4 reports that will be coming out over the course of this month. Again, these will be short reports and anyone is able to see the data in the MoF spreadsheet that can be found here.

Training Loan Repayments:

Over the course of the last week, we have had repayments of 52.5G (if we include payments people have offered but we are waiting on then this is 85G). This means that, the Bank of England has 320G currently loaned out.
