[MoD] Update Regarding UK NE

As many of you have probably noticed by now, the UK has NE'd us again. This is likely the result of us failing to unset our NE as congress voted the proposal down. Why congress has voted down the proposal to unset the NE is not clear at this time, as the executive had notified congress that peace negotiations were concluded except for minor issues of possible region renting.

The UK NE is poised to pass, and they will not be able to unset it for seven days. This means that we will not be able to close the war for at least a week. The executive is currently working hard to find out what action we will take and this article will be updated as soon as we have something solid. eRepublik bugs making PM's nearly impossible to send is not helping the situation.
