[MoD] Introduction and plans +battle order

My dear eJapanese 🙂

First i wish you good day and all the best in your lives. We, members of MoD, will give our 100% to help eJapan and change our future
Unfortunately we don’t have a congress for next months again 🙁 We tried to negotiate with eRoc and every chance for deal was destroyed by Taiwan. When they offered us their vision for terms of piece(in which we are basically a client state of eRoC ) we rejected it and decided to stand up against them . Every eJapanese fought bravely but we lost . Main problem was and still is a lack of organize Army and coordination between them.
This are some propositions how to improve our military strenght.We can have an open discussion about them.



I)JAPSKO HQ-This current government or next one will start a conversation with S Korea CP or MoD to form a united HQ .HQ perpose is going to be:
a)Making plans to work together . At least 1 meeting per weak. And start an idea of forming a JAPSKO MU (MU with e Japanese and e S Korea citizens)



II)Military round table-First we must determ some criteria for MU
1)MU in eJapan is a organization which has
a) At least 30 members
or
b)Damage per battle -2.5 million in battle

2)Then we have to make some improvement in coordination
a)MoD and all MU commanders are going to be in one PM
b)One day in week have a conversation in official eJapan’s chat



III) Restructure of IJR-Mod did some calculations and determed next

Many soldiers of IRC are on 2 click . They work and train to boost eJapans damage. But this is not a reason to help our country.

I will send a letter to IJR commander asking him to incourage his soldiers to build a rocket factory q1 (It’s only 5 gold on discount ).
Also IJR command has to send a MoE-their infrastructure list (number of q1 up to q7 factories). And MoE has to activate a similar action like current MoE Kantaaa have started. To ask our businessmen to sell our government a q1-q6 tanks at lower price which will be distributed to IJR.

And now some numbers : (This is damage without any EXP points )

50 000 * 2= 100 000 -this is a daily damage of one IJR soldier with rocket factory level 1

100 000 * 130 = 13 000 000 -this is damage of entire IJR in one battle only using rockets

I am aware that this suggestion may be unpopular but IJR is an official army of eJapan and therefor it has to be a exemple for others MU.



IV)WAR TAX- Idea is to eJapanese decide are they want to fight in today’s battles or stay in 2 click mode. Every member of eJapanese MU (IJA ,IJR SSG,CtG Dai Nippon V for Vendeta Made caffe …..) has 2 options
Fight in our RW or pay a sum of 20-30 cc on week .This money will be used for CO or hiring a mercenary MU.



V) Form a STRIKE FORCE- Strike, punch or udar (therm udar is from Slavic languages) in eRep means a organize impact on battle by a lot MU members in the same time . Military leaders inform their soldiers when they are expected on MU chat .You can imagine effect of 40-50 d2 or d3 soldiers on battle wall in that situation. But this is hard to achieve. So I want to ask all MU to put it on a test in next RW –just to see is there any deference at all.



VI)IJB or Japanese Titans(SHOGUNS)- This is maybe new concept in eJapan but not in eRep world. Many say that our disadvantage is lack of RL-Japanese in country. But we can turn it into our favor.
Residents of eJapan-your task is to try to find and ask your friends from RL countries here in eRep will they want to fight for us. (Serbs will try in eSrb ,Turks in eTurkey Scandinavians with members of ASGARD …Hun in eHungary..Americans in eUSA….). They will join new International Japanese Brigade. There are 2 conditions.
a)They will keep their CS-to prevent possible PTO.
b) They must have to reach a strength bottom limit per DIV
DIV 1-20 OOO These numbers can be changed by agreement
DIV 2-38 000 of MoD and CP
DIV 3-50 000
DIV 4 -60 000
They will only response to CP or MoD. We will inform them when they need to fight for eJapan and provide them q7 tanks. Their obligation is to give a deposit in 5 gold monthly –after that month ends government will return it .
