Beste inwoners van eNederland en andere lezers,

Onze bondgenoot van de week is eChina. Je kan hier meer over lezen in het artikel van MoFa.



Vraag je je af waarom eChina - vanuit het oogpunt van MoD?

Als eerste: omdat China een belangrijke bondgenoot van ons is en wanneer - dat kan deze week al zijn - ze aangevallen worden, we er voor hen willen zijn. Maar daarnaast is China ook een van de weinige landen aan ‘onze kant’ van de wereld met 20+ officiële bondgenoten (op het moment 21 MPP’s).

MPP’s maken het mogelijk zonder reiskosten voor een land te vechten en de orders worden automatisch ingezet op battles van je bondgenoten. We kunnen ons zelf helaas niet genoeg MPP’s veroorloven, we hebben daarom andere game mechanismes nodig om de DO in te stellen. Zonder MPP’s heeft je commander nog maar 1 optie: prio zetten voor of tegen bepaald landen. Zo kunnen we wel de DO’s op de goede battle zetten maar het land van waaruit we vechten bepaalt of we moeten verhuizen.

Vandaag de dag zijn niet eten, wapens en energy het probleem voor de soldaten, maar verhuiskosten. Hoe meer MPP’s een land heeft hoe groter de kans is dat we een goede DO voor jou kunnen instellen zonder dat je hoeft te verhuizen. Naar China verhuizen kost 1 keer wat meer geld, maar daarna hebben we maximaal effect van hun MPP’s. En wanneer Polen onze laatste regio zou aanvallen, kunnen we vanuit China ons eigen land beschermen, omdat we wel een MPP hebben met China.

Military Order: Soldaten, verhuis naar China!

Onze prio’s zullen alleen staan op battles die vanuit China beschikbaar zijn en zo mogelijk op battles die worden gesupplied. Als de DO niet direct vanuit China beschikbaar is, wacht dan totdat je Commander de prio’s heeft veranderd. Vanuit MoD zullen we actief (een aantal maal per dag) de Commanders adviseren over de beste prio’s op het moment. We helpen onze bondgenoot ook met zo’n plan, en we zullen joint strikes gaan organiseren met hen. We gaan lol beleven in China!

Let wel: dit geldt met name voor divisie 1 en 2, en iedereen die niet meer vecht dan de 25 kills voor zijn DO. Ervaren spelers die ook bondgenoten in RW’s willen steunen moeten zelf de afweging maken of ze willen rondtrekken in plaats van naar China te verhuizen.



Strike!
We zullen een joint strike opzetten met een van de MU’s of het land zelf waarbij supplies beschikbaar worden gesteld voor elke Nederlander die meedoet. Het geld dat we besparen door minder MPP’s wordt hierbij gebruikt voor wapens. Voor nu, is het plan 1 joint strike per week te houden. Als het mogelijk is 2 keer. Alle Commanders zullen tijdig horen wanneer ze zullen plaatsvinden.

Communiceren!
Vecht eensgezind door in te loggen op ons officiële IRC kanaall. Gecoördineerde aanvallen kunnen van groot belang zijn tijdens moeilijke battles. En natuurlijk zullen we een PM thread openen naar alle Commanders van Nederland. Houdt je MU shouts in de gaten!

Battle Instructies:
De battle module is gebaseerd op een punten systeem dat punten toekent aan de kant die de bar over 50% in hun voordeel houdt. Als de battle verdergaat, worden er elke minuut meer punten gegeven. Vecht alleen als geen van beide kanten bijna 1800 punten heeft, wat nodig is om de battle te winnen. Probeer niet eerder te vechten dan in de laatste 30 minuten (als het niet nodig is), liefst nog wat langer, dan krijg je per minuut al 6 keer zoveel punten als in het begin van de battle. Als de bar niet in ons voordeel is, moet je natuurlijk wel vechten.

Dear citizens of eNederland, and other readers,

Our ally of this week is eChina. You can read about this in MoFA article.



Wondering why eChina - from MoD point of view?
First of all: because we think China is an important ally of ours and when - it may be this week as well - they will inevitably face being under attack, we want to be there for them. On the other hand, China is one of the few countries on ‘our’ side of the world with well over 20 official allies (currently 21 mpp’s).

Mpp’s enable us to fight for countries without moving and DO is automatically set on our allies’ battles. As we cannot afford enough mpp’s ourselves, we have to use different game mechanics to set orders. Without mpp’s your commander has only one other option: to give general priority to certain countries or against certain countries. In this way we can have DO’s but the country we are fighting from determines whether we have to move.

Today, not food, not weapons and not energy are the worst problem to our soldiers: moving costs are. The more mpp’s a country has, the more chance we have that we can provide you with a DO without you having to move around all the time. Moving to China will be a one time investment, but after that we will have maximum effect from their many mpp’s. Even if Poland is to attack the Netherlands for our last region, we can defend our country from China too, since we have an mpp with China.

Military Order: Soldiers, move to China!

Our prio’s will only stand on battles available from China and if possible, ones that our being supplied. If the DO isn’t available from China then wait with fighting until your commander has been able to change priorities. From MoD we will be actively advicing (few times a day) your commanders on the best options in this regard. We will also help our ally with such a procedure, and we will organize a joint strike with them.

Note: this applies mainly to division 1 and 2, and everyone who does not fight more than the 25 kills for his DO. Experienced players who want to support allies in RW’s have to decide for themselves if they want to move around of course instead of moving to China.



Strike!
We will have a joint strike with any MU or the country in which there will be supplies for all who engage. Money we save on less mpp’s will be made available for weapons. For now, the deal is one in a week. There is a possibility to be two times a week. All Commanders will be notified when it will be.

Communicate!
Fight as one by logging onto our official channel. Co-ordinated attacks can be vital during prioritised battles. And ofc will open a PM thread with all of Commanders in the Netherlands. Keep an eye on your MU shouts!

Battle Instructions:
The battle module is based on a points system that awards one side points for every minute they hold the bar over 50% in their favor. As the battle progresses, the points awarded for each minute increases. Fight only if neither side has accumulated 1800 points, which is the total needed to secure victory. Try to hold for the last 30 minutes of the battle (if not necessary), when points are worth 6 times what they are in the beginning of the battle. However, if the bar is not in our favor, of course you should fight!
