[I&W] September Congress elections

Good Day eNetherlands,

The monthly event of congress elections is upon us again and Iron & Wine will be there with a solid list of people who will be running for Iron & Wine this upcoming congress elections. Most of the names on the list you already know well known people in eNL who have served eNL for many many years and others on the list who only recently where born in eNL or immigrated to eNL. All by all as always a solid list of people who are active and will do their job.

At the moment we have 4 regions and will allow us to have a total of 40 congress members but there is also a resistance war going on in one of the Norwegian regions that we control and it is to be expected that if these resistance wars are successfull we might end up with less congressman. We will have to see how many congressman eNetherlands will have after the congress elections ends and the admin check is done. We just hope that most of those go to Iron & Wine.

The Valeyar😛 Game mechanics dictate we get 40 CMs, even if Norway magically liberates itself. The regions at the 23rd, 2:00 count. Unless you lose all regions before the elections are over.
So Norway will also only have a 20 man congress: the two regions we agreed upon were liberated in time for that. These regions they're taking back currently only cost both sides a lot of money in COs.
