-I have no friends, and I'm ashamed" [edit]

Day 1,742, 15:52 Published in Canada Canada by Corrigan Brown

Well this is my first public address as congressman, and I will start by saying thank you once again to the people who have sent votes my way in the Northwest Territories. I would also like to say congratulations to the two other winners of the region, whom unfortunately I cannot name as the Polish have managed to take over the NWT and it no longer appears under the election page. Secondly I would like to congratulate all members of congress who were elected presently. Anyway, enough blabbing and on to the point.

We are under attack, I’m sure this is no big surprise to those who check regularly, if you don’t then WE ARE UNDER ATTACK! The polish have invaded us, taking over Quebec, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories and Yukon. What we need is not only luck, but grit and determination as well, but most of all, what we need are friends.

Yesterday I sat down and did some research on our allies, I cross referenced our list of allies with countries surrounding Poland eliminating the ones that were not in close proximity of the polish empire. I then cross referenced once again the list of the Polish allies with the edited list I had just created and came up with the names of these countries:

Russia
Belarus
Czech Republic
Germany
Netherlands
Belgium
France
USA

Let’s start at the top shall we?

Congress is currently about to pass a mutual protection pack with Russia, the potential here is brewing forth towards a new alliance, one that may benefit us in the end. If need be we could call this country into war with a colony that was once it’s own.

The next country is Belarus, a small country that once belonged to the USSR. However the country is now in an open double ended conflict with it’s two neighbors, Latvia and Lithuania. Therefore, help from this small nation might be hard to come by as they are in dire need of it themselves.

The Czech republic, while they are not our allies, are otherwise engaged in conflict with Slovakia and cannot come to the phone to engage in conversation that could be beneficial to both of our nations.

Germany, a country that has been displaced and is not residing (for the moment) in what used to be known as Denmark. While they are not in their current reside, they could seriously hinder the enemy if they were to attack Saxony and cut off the polish-Europe from their homeland. I see Germany as a number one priority for contact at the moment.

The Netherlands, land of cannabis and rain, land that would usually be peaceful if they weren’t 1/2 occupied by Poland themselves. If the Netherlands were to attack the Western Netherlands they would not only have the potential of gaining their whole country back, they could distract Poland enough for us to gather a footing.

Next on the list is Belgium, who have their whole country in their grasp, but with a bit of ambitious talk, could be persuaded into attacking their behemoth neighbor that is Poland.

Then we come to France, who seems to benefiting greatly from our sudden war with their Polish-speaking conqueror. They are already doing what they can so far, and should be encouraged to remain in this state of “Reconquista” if you will.

And finally, we come to the US of A. Come on pal, can we not form back our neighborly alliance we had before? Can we put old grudges behind us in order to fully benefit both of our countries?

We have the chance for this to be glorious, and end to the oppression of the Polish and a beginning of the free world, will you not help us? Will you not put aside our past grief in order to make the world a better place?

Congressman August 2012
