Citizens of eNetherlands,

This is my third article in my campaign for the presidency of the eNetherlands, in previous I teased and in my second article I made an official announcement for my canidacy for running for Country President of eNetherlands. In this article as the name of the article might already have spoiled I will announce my plans and my vision for the eNetherlands. My future article will be one posting my cabinet and the last article will be on election day where I will give a final thought about the then ongoing election.

There are currently five people on the ballot of those Aries Prime who is my main opponent this elections.Alex the best123 was running under the Geuzen Partij Nederland banner but decided not to run but is still on the ballot due to Hollands Glorie supporting him, Steve_God replace the Geuzen Partij Nederland support to himself as a protest against both sides as Steve God described it in his article which is curious seeing Aries and me disagree on most things and are on opposite sides of the spectrum. The fifth and last candidates Dennis Plaza who has put himself on the ballot again like previous months but always get at most three votes. Neither of those other three candidates are expected to get many votes but in the end might make the difference in the end results.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Foreign Affairs Ministry of a country is one of the most important ministries together with the Ministry of Defence for a country, it can make or break a country. Foreign Affairs these days is far more complicated than it used to be, you had two main alliances which oppose each other and you were on one side or the other and had friends mainly on your side. Things aren't that clear anymore with alliances breaking up and countries that end up on the other side.

eNetherlands recently joined the Banana Alliance after consistent invite being send to us. I do not see Banana Alliance as a end point but as a somewhere for new opportunities. There has been complaints about eNetherlands having no real allies and I disagree with them, we do have allies for instance USA has been a great ally for many many years now and our goals in these many years have been the same or compatible most of the time. NSPP has kinda fallen apart, it was never really an alliance but a defensive pact between neighbouring country and I do think it brought our countries closer together. I do believe that it is important to keep our relations with neighbouring countries strong with or without NSPP. One of our neighbouring countries is Norway which we have a love hate relationship with but last month have helped against Italy and are working on restoring our relations and I give this my full support building up relation between eNetherlands and Norway. Building relationships with other countries is a long term project and not done in one term but we should start working on relationships with more countries besides our neighbours and not limit us to just countries that are or used to be friends we should keep our options open.

Ministry of Defence

Like I said in the previous paragraph Ministry of Defence is one of the most important ministries in for any country. Damage is a important tool in foreign affairs and in building relationship with other countries. Helping other countries and doing damage for them is a huge help and shows we're willing to help them and is a possible first step to friendship with another country. Because we are a small country with a limited number of people and the damage we do is limited we need to focused more to make to make it count. This means having people fight where it is needed and not fight in resistance wars that we need to lose or go for personal gains for True Patriot medals or Battle Heroes Medals. We need everybody to help and do their part and pull their weight no matter if you are strong or not no matter the damage you (are able to) do we need everybody help. Damage matters and we need to focus it where is matters and not waste it.

The Ministries needs to be active, we need a ministry who is active and that means daily orders posted and also orders that gets updated a few times a day preferably. Ordes needs to be set to useful battles if possible helping allies and help them win their battles. This means a priority list is given out by the Ministry of Defense the Military Units whose loyalty is to eNetherlands. We need the ministry to communicate to the Military Unites about orders when they are set and changes and communicate the priorities that the Ministries of Defense have.

Ministry of Home Affairs

The Ministry of Home Affairs as always will be responsible for immigration. When Garmr was president he was very strict in immigration and wanted to reject anybody except if there was a good reason to accept them. Although I do think those are very strict rules for immigration I do believe that we should not just let anybody into the country just because. eNetherlands needs immigrants but immigration isn't a solution to our problems, we are a small country and letting in just everybody won't change that and is a significant security risk. We need to be vigilant in who we are letting in and who not.

Ministry of Recruitment & Coaching

Ministry of Recruitment & Coaching does a lot of behind the scene work not really visible for everybody to see. New citizens are contacted and offered help in any way possible. Ministry of Recruitment & Coaching is a great retention tool if done correctly and help people who originally would quit the game because of the lack of information would quit the game or would end up being two clickers being pulled into the game as an active citizen who add somethings to eNetherlands. This ministry aren't miracle workers, 90% of the people who register for this game won't even log in or log in once and disappear, never to log in ever again. There is nothing that can do be about that and we cannot force people to keep logging in and keep player but we can help people who are interested in the game and who want to keep playing it and help them true the start of the game and help them.

Ministry of Finance

Like the Ministry of Recruitment & Coaching it is not a high key ministry with much public exposure but more a behind the scene Ministry who do their job quietly and in the shadow. Ministry of Finance although not visible still very important for eNetherlands.As long as nothing strange will happen the upcoming term there will be no big or strange expenditure and it will it be business as usual in the Ministry of Finance. With the limited income that eNetherlands has out of their income with only two of our regions there is not much room to really do and spend more than we are already doing. The Minister of Finance and his deputy will keep the money save, they will make the budget, keeping the finance sheet with our income and expenditure and possibly increase our very limited income by using the monetary market.

This Ministry has been sending gold to Heikanu and Dave Brinkman for months for the commune used for our State Military unit Dutch Armed Forces commune. There is a discussion going on if we should keep investing our gold in our commune. Congress is the one deciding on that. Until a decision is made the Minister of Finance will keep sending gold.

Dictatorship

Dictatorship is a recent new addition to the game which was implemented too hastily and no time was given to the countries to discuss the consequences or make plans what to do seeing it would be implemented the next day. eNetherlands like many other countries have chosen to do a Military Coup and give eNetherlands a benevolent dictator. Like many countries this was done because of the risk of a foreigner getting hands on a military unit and with foreign support swooping in and becoming dictator of eNetherlands. The general consensus was that this was needed to be done for security reasons and I fully agreed on the Military Coup and the reasons for doing it.

There is currently still a discussion going on the details about the dictatorship and how the country should be run and although this is a congress matter it seriously affect the position of Country President that I am running for so I think it so be important to give my opinion on the matter. There are really two sides of side that think the dictator should be just a button clicker and keep the president and congress doing their thing and the dictator being a figurehead head of state and the other side wanting the dictator position to have all the power. Personally I would rather see a trusted person being dictator with a few back up persons if the dictator would be unavailable for a longer period of time and let things as it is, the Country President being head of government and a congress discussing and making important decisions. The dictator would be a button pusher who would be obligated to follow the president and congress decision. I do not believe that options that giving the president the dictator role is a good idea due to serious security risks like we had with Lord Jale.

Hungary Situation

Hungary currently still holds two of our four regions as an outpost, regions who can also potentially be used as a base to attack one of our neighbouring countries and allies. Although our neighbouring countries understand our situation this is far from perfect. Hungary holding those regions won't be permanent like Poland did for two years they will eventually have no need for them or won't be able to hold them due to high determination. For now eNetherlands should keep to the deal that was signed with Hungary for the regions. But seeing they are a risk to our surrounding countries like the eUK who we are allied with I do not believe their long term presence here is desirable.

There are some who think eNetherlands should regain all four regions and that should be a goal but regaining those regions and having all four of our regions back will also have significantly cause problems. Last Congress Elections most parties already had trouble with getting enough congressman, as Chairman of Congress I send a message to all parties pointing out the lack of candidates in a few parties. Having all our regions back means having even more congressman and a almost impossible task for Party President to have enough people running for congress let alone those being active. I would like to have a debate on this and congress and look at opinions and options on this matter
