According to the agreement if a 3rd side party opens a RW in our regions and eventually liberate the region, it's not considered as a break of the agreement. Cyprus can re-conquer the region, but not more than that.

Unfortunately eIsraelis fought yesterday in Tel Aviv, which according to the text above was an act contrary to peace we have with Cyprus. Granted there were extenuating circumstances yesterday: one we didn't start the war, and two lot of people seemed to be under the impression Tel Aviv was one of the regions we got through the agreement so ended up hunting patriot BHs to complete the mission.

Hopefully this article will clear up any confusion on that score.

Wrong! Israelis fought there only after we had no chance to lose the RW! Look at the 1st round, we only had 1 fighter there who did 35M damage for BH, some people like JMSPC even fought for Cyprus.

And BHs have been going cheap all weekend so the actual tally is meaningless.

Read my quote from the agreement again btw. It states "fight or support" a war against Cyprus could be considered breaking the agreement. Yeah we didn't support it but eIsraelis fought there, which amounts to the same thing.

Guys, relax, nothing serious happened..We liberated 1 more region.The agreement didnt break. When the Hungary wars finish, they will NE us and we will return to the previous status.

And to be honest, personally i always fight for Israel..at least my ff (around 25 millions).

After all, if they (Cypriots) cannot manage 2 battles in the same time then what is the point of agreements?

NFM, I started fighting in the 3rd round, when I saw dozens of freedom fighters fighting for Israel, which left no chance for Cyprus to win the campaign. After 22-0 in a RW the battle is over! Unless it was Chile 😛

The agreement says we cannot support or fight, but we can surely fight for BH/TP/CH if the battle is lost already and there is no chance to change it.

If we can't fight for BH/TP/CH in a lost battle, then I think this agreement doesn't worth anything mate. I was one of those who wrote it back a few months ago, and I know what we can and can't do.

Oh and last thing NFM, the Cypriot prime minister contacted me and 2 more guys some hours before the RW in Tel-Aviv started. We were about to start the Jerusalem RW, but then the Hungarians opened it in Tel-Aviv. We didn't fight for Israel, and some even fought for Cyprus. Still this round was lost by Cyprus, and do does the 2nd round. The Cypriot prime minister knows we were trying to lose it, and we shouted about it, and we sent messages and we made an article, what else do you expect from us? I waited 3 and half hours till I started to fight, so yeah I think my actions are justified 🙂

22-0 isn't really campaign over, I've never heard of a country losing a campaign by the end of the second round tbh. And just as a hypothetical, if that damage you "waited 3 and a half hours" to drop had went elsewhere or, ideally, on the Cypriot side then it would have been much easier for eIsrael to fulfil its side of the agreement and ensure eCyprus retained the region. If you can't see what's wrong with contravening an important clause in an agreement you helped draft, then w/e, I'm not really fussed.

The point of this article wasn't an attack on anyone, I'm just underlining for the citizenry in general that any further RWs will be illegal unless the government decree otherwise.

We are talking about resistance wars. Usually after the 1st round is successful freedom fighters come and fight. The 2nd round ended up while Israel's bar in D3/D4 was at 90%! Keep in mind that Cyprus had a direct war with Hungary, so its people fought there and not in Tel-Aviv. I think that most of us would agree that after the first two rounds this campaign was finished. If Cyprus was a bigger country then you are right, but it isn't.

Yes I could fight for Cyprus but I decided not to. I fought for them in the past, but now since they are still occupying us, I do not think we should help them doing it. I didn't fight for Israel, neither against in those 3 and half hours. We have an agreement and I respected it.

I think that some parts in your article are wrong, but that's probably just me. I understand and respect your words but I can't agree with it.

True that it wasn't eIsraelis who supported the RW, not true that no eIsraelis fought there however. Like I say above, I think there was some confusion as to the legality of the war.

There was no article yesterday and only from shouts I learned that eIsrael doesn't support the RW so I didn't fight until it was clear eIsrael wins.

They are not illegal if people struggle and supports. If people struggle and fight ignoring the agreement. Is it then a legitimate government that has no respect for a people oppressed by an invading force?

The RW was opened not by "oppressed" eIsraelis but Hungarians and other Asteria players in an attempt to drain eCyprus.

The government gets its mandate from the fact the people vote it into power, in this instance the present goverment were voted into power by an electorate that were informed and understood that the government would honour and continue the peace agreement with Cyprus that previous governments had signed. I understand where your coming from, but if you want 'legitimacy' for your struggle, you should attempt obtaining it via democratic means. Its the only way it can be successful. On any other day but yesterday an illegal RW against Cyprus that didn't have national/alliance or CO support would have met with little success.

It is impossible for a any government to control resistance wars. You cannot control, what you cannot control. There is no button to push here. Just 10 randoms with a 1000 cc to burn.

Seems like the government has lost the support of the people if they don't care enough to honor the agreement. They either need a good long wipe, or a new government.

Just saying this because I have lived it a few times.

If you'd actually bothered to read the comments you'd have discovered the RW was started by Hungarians, and eIsraelis held off from seriously fighting there until it was critical and looked like it was unwinnable for Cyprus. But yeah, thanks for your input.
