[eBe-CP] End of term article !

Dear citizens,

This is my last article as (former since 30 minutes now) President. I hope I haven't dissapointed you during my term, even if I think it could have been somewhat better.

Little recap :
Finances incomes : +/- 9 000 CC (what I excpected)
" outcomes : 0 CC (but the training rewards for D1 players will be distributed on the 8th of May, and it seems we will sign a MPP with United Kingdom soon !)

The training program will end on the 8th of May as mentionned above, and I hope that our new players trained well and will receive good rewards !

I also hope you enjoyed the Training War with our Dutch friends, even if it was somewhat difficult to earn BHs in D1-D2 after the first campaign due to the new infantry kit that makes 90k strength players take all BHs :/


I wish good luck to e Vladimir for his term, and hope he will desserve our Country as he already did during his first term.
