[DMV4CP] Four More Weeks

In case you were unaware I am running for reelection.



My platform will be broken down into three basic principles; Engagement, Leadership, Activity.

Engagement


That's right Canada, I'm going to marry the H-E-Double hockey sticks out of you. Seriously though I have spent this month in the trenches shaking babies and kissing hands. I have been active in the media, I have been discussing issues with concerned Canadians in article comments and via PM, and I have listened to new ideas even if I did not agree with them. I have been available to the people and will continue to be available to the people should you choose to reelect me.

Leadership


Leadership isn't about doing what's popular it's about doing what is necessary especially when it isn't popular. That's what I did when I asked Congress to raise taxes. I made a necessary decision for the good of the country. You don't have to like it or agree with it, but it's a leader's job to make the tough and sometime unpopular decisions. As a result of these decisions we have built a sizeable war chest to mount future military action.

Activity

This month we have seen activity improve drastically. The media is the most alive it has been in months, we have citizens discussing politics again, discussing the hatred and loathing of me, and just being Canadians in general. That's what I promised when I sought this job, I would provide Canada with the entertainment and drama it so desperately needed to get active. I have delivered and then some.

I fought publicly with my first Congress and I'm currently fighting on the forums with this Congress. It's why you elect me and it's why you should reelect me. I bring fun, attitude, and some good old-fashioned a** kicking to the CP chair. I get things done and I will always do what I believe is in the best interest of Canada. Right now DMV hatred is creating an opposition and with opposition comes entertainment and the ability to get people more involved.

In my next article I will speak of specific goals for the next term. I plan on putting together a concise plan for projects we as Canadians will be proud of and get excited about.
