For the coming month, we once again plan not to have a congress.

We have had a suspicious rise in new accounts the last few weeks and it has been judged to risky to allow a congress. I really hope this will be the last month of not having a congress.
I obvious take full responsibility and if you feel you need further info, feel free to contact me.
