[Congress] Update 1 - Thank you

Well first of all I would like to thank you all who voted for The Unity Party and got me into Congress. I will not disappoint you in my updates! Like I said earlier, I ran to serve you regardless of party.
Well done to all of those who made it into Congress this month, especially to those members of parties outside the top 5, including my running mates Bogdan and Butjam from the UKRP. I would also like to say well done to Huey from the WRP, a member of Congress I respect.
Now, onto some more business. The laws I have currently voted for.
These were the two MPP's with Serbia, Chile and Lithuania.
The Serbian MPP has passed with 34 votes to 1. This was one I voted yes for as we needed to due to sharing the same International alliance, TWO.
The Chilean MPP looks set to pass, 31 yes votes to 2 no. I am pleased to have voted YES for this as I saw them lay down damage for us in our wars, and we have a strong relationship with them something I think we need to keep in place.
The Lithuanian MPP is also being passed right now, likewise, I voted YES for the fact that we have had an MPP with them for as long as I have been playing and they are good, solid allies to have should we face conflicts with Germark and/or Russia. This is currently at 30 - 2
Activity currently remains high, around 33 voters at the moment on average in Congress which means they are fairly active in clicking. I would like to encourage my fellow Congress members to join, and engage with us, in discussions on the forums.

This is the end of my first Congressional Update, but rest assured that it will not be my last! I will also provide an objective view and analysis on the options available to Congress members in terms of voting, discussion and getting together as well as what the government has been doing in regards to this front. Rest assured, I shall seek to be objective.

You're both great examples of what openness, honesty and integrity really mean, It's absolutely great to see this kind of thing and I hope you have both combined to form a real trend here!
This is another great step for government transparency,I hope more congress members follow Behemond's and Huey George's example.
