We are about done on the swaps with Italy in Canada. Two or three more direct battles and over the next couple of days we will shift our focus to putting down random RW's and helping our allies in Western Europe.

Please don't waste your damage in the Serbian RW's. There is currently no plan to resist their occupation of our core regions.

You'll notice we have the MoD paper back up and running with updated orders, several times per day. We have 4 people with access there, so hopefully we are able to keep it up to date. AlbRepublik and maxXxy666 will be primarily taking care of it, along with the new weapons distribution program for Albanian citizens.

We currently have that set at 15 Q7 weapons per day. Watch for big battles and occasional "activity" days where we push that number up just to see those Albanian flags flying.

Please understand that if you are caught on the wrong side of a battle or fighting against Albanian allies your eligibility for this or any other national program may be removed.

Dozens of you have received PM's from me in-game during battles on this subject. I see it less and less.. and I am very grateful to those of you "buying in", your numbers seem to be growing, but it's important that we focus our damage and use it efficiently. We are small.. we will have to be smart and have good allies to survive.

Next article we'll try to talk about Canada some. Any type of peace process there has not found a willing partner to this point. We'll discuss and I'll let you help decide our path forward.
