[AshB] Analyzing the Situation

(An upfront apology for the lack of graphics, once again.) 😛

Of course, before anyone would consider voting me, I must analyze the current situation and give my perspective as to how we would resolve the problems at hand.

Problem #1: Activity
Of course, the biggest problem that encompasses not only TUP but the entire country is activity. The biggest question to ask is how we can maintain a steady and beneficial amount of activity while gaining members in the process.

This is going to sound cliche, but I believe that party incentives could fix the problem. These incentives can range from daily giveaways of food & weapons to monetary lotteries. It could possibly be challenging to achieve much at first because we depend on new/current members entering the country. Those numbers aren't particularly thrilling, so we face another problem within a problem.

President Gelc has announced her latest plans regarding activity in the country by improving our MoE system. I believe in her ability to get the job done and I also believe in her cabinet, which I'm sure she will be working closely with throughout her term.

Problem #2: Interest
Another problem that we as a party and a country face is the lack of interest in the political module. However, with the new referendums being voted on now as to how we should change our government, I believe that we could use the new form as an advantage rather than ignore it. I would also like to reestablish TUP as a party that maintains good relations with other parties in the country. If elected, I'd continually make sure to communicate with other party presidents in order to come up with ideas to benefit all of our parties and a country as a whole.

Problem #3: The Forums
The forums are a useful resource, especially when it comes to preserving the history of the party. Allowing the forums to die out due to the lack of activity on them will be a shame. As well as the incentives that deal with recruitment, I will also make sure to make it a point to use the eUK forums. It is a good way for party members to vote on important issues such as CP nominations and other party-related issues.

In order to help me with all of these tasks that require a lot of attention, TUP members have established a council for those who are still politically active in the game and I plan on communicating with them as well as other party members in order to further progress on the issues. Paul Tyndale will be my Vice Party President mate, and I also plan to strength the relationship between President and Vice President. Working together will bring success.

Hail TUP & the eUK! o7

In solidarity,
A. ~
