Welcome to PP Address #2! (Already more than Israel Stevens did last month, BOO-YA!)

Anyways, I hope you’re enjoying the month so far, we’ve got plenty in store for you yet, including, god forbid, GAMES! (We didn’t really get many last month did we?)



CONGRESS CONGRESS CONGRESS!!

We (Leadership) have had a few questions concerning Congress Elections. So I thought I’d take the brief moment to try and help you all and explain how we do things.

First, if you’re interested in running or blocking (Will get to THAT in a few), you need to fill out this sheet - http://tinyurl.com/congressAMPs . This lets us know you’re serious and allows us to place you. IF you don’t fill in this sheet and run in a state, please do not be angry if you find yourself passed over. It’s to help us keep a record of approve candidates so threats can’t sneak in, such as when General Cartman Lee sneaked under the radar and popping up in the USWP when it was too late to stop him running.

From there, after filling out the form, you will then be placed in a state and either put down as a Candidate or a Blocker (Still getting to that). Once all the states are full, assignments are then handed out to those who were successful in applying. Our apologies if you signed up and don’t get a message back, we can only ask that you try again next month as usually, we get a full list in days.

Now, Blocking – This causes headaches sometimes, especially last month when a PTOer (Political TakeOver) hoodwinked us, ran as a blocker, and then started a huge campaign to get elected, claiming she was new and didn’t understand blocking. After she won she spent all her Citizenships letting in Serbians, hence why we know she was a PTOer. Anyways, just to make it clear, if you are a Blocker, primarily – YOU RUN WITH THE INTENTION OF NOT WINNING. This is either because when the other parties are fully declared, we feel your seat would be impossible to win. There are times when a Blocker state will be within reach of winning, so we bump that person up as a candidate.

So if you wish yo run or block, FILL IN THE FORM IMMEDIATELY (We still have places open 😃 )

The AMP Writers Contest!

This came from outside of leadership, but we are far from distancing ourselves from it, instead we’re embracing the brilliant idea and wholeheartedly throwing ourselves behind it.

Chucky Norris wrote an article about a competition he was organising. I found out through the lovely Miss Kria Erikson about it, and as soon as I finished reading the article, I turned to my directors and honestly said – “Why the hell have we not hired this guy into leadership?” That was my true reaction, because I love the idea.

I can’t even begin to sum up what the rules are and how to get involved, so instead I’m going to give the link to the article and ask you extremely politely (Don’t mind the gun I’m holding to your head) to read the article and if you’re interested, sing up! Who doesn’t like prizes!?

Bets on the infamous General Cartman Lee

So, he’s banned again, that’s all I’m going to say on that, because I know he loves the attention, so this is all he’s getting.

But let’s make his banning fun! We’re going to hold a Betting Competition revolving around his banning, and we’re going to be betting on how long it is until he is unbanned or returns under a new account (Which, we all know he will). The rules of this betting is pretty simple –

• You message me with the size of your bet and how long you’re betting on him being banned for before he returns
• You then send me the amount of money you’ve bet so I may hold it for the winner
• The person who bet closest to the amount of time it took to return, wins the pot. Simple

I’ll announce the winner in my next address.
